@RusEmbMalta: 🇷🇺 Comment by the Russian Ambassador to Malta, Andrey Lopukhov on the article by Edward Zammit Lewis, Chairperson of the Foreign and European Affairs Parliamentary Standing Committee, Malta, published in Times of Malta.
