В прошлом посте говоря "Все вызовы теперь одинаковы" я несколько слукавил. Всё-таки есть в этом зоопарке версий некоторая несовместимость вызов которой просто так не унифицировать. Эти моменты вынесены в отдельный модуль QtCompat (compatibility). Там не так много функций но они довольно полезны.
Этот модуль содержит унификаци модуля shiboken2, функций loadUi, translate и несколько переименованных функций классов или изменённую сигнатуру аргументов и возвращаемых значений. Это единственное исключение из правила когда вам потребуется где-то изменить свой код кроме импортов и этот код не похож на обычный код PySide2.
Например, в PyQt4 и PySide есть метод
QHeaderView.setResizeMode
Для PyQt5 и PySide2 они были благополучно переименованы в
QHeaderView.setSectionResizeMode
Чтобы применить этот метод следует использовать такой код

President Trump has followed through on his threat to sue JPMorgan Chase and CEO Jamie Dimon for $5 billion, accusing the nation’s largest bank of politically motivated “debanking” after Jan. 6.
The suit, filed Thursday in Florida state court in Miami, claims JPMorgan severed Trump’s banking ties in early 2021 for political reasons, abruptly closing multiple accounts tied to the president and his businesses after a decades-long relationship.
“JPMC debanked [Trump and his businesses] because it believed that the political tide at the moment favored doing so,” the lawsuit said.

В рамках мероприятия прошла пленарная сессия, посвященная дата-маркету и дату индустрии с участием президента Compliance Hub - Тимура Мусина и топ-менеджеров KASE, Kaspi, АМФОК, ПКБ, ЦДЦБ, Отбасы Банк и др.
По итогам форума представители ряда организаций были отмечены общественными медалями за вклад в развитие финансового сектора.

Текущая ставка: ФРС уже замучил.
Если вы читаете пресс-релизы ФРС, то конечно видите их уточнения по прогнозам. Например, на 2023г они чуть снизили рост ВВП (теперь +0,4%), повысили инфляцию (+3,3%) и уменьшили безработицу (конец года 4,5%). Как сочетается снижение безработицы и снижение роста? Через "слабую, небольшую реакцию на банковский кризис и не такой сильный найм" ну ничего себе.
Но что меня напрягает: вы идёте по тексту и видите фразы "The U.S. banking system is sound and resilient". А можно пожалуйста сказать, что означают незначительные проблемы отдельных банков - это "soundness (надёжность)" или "resilience (жизнестойкость)"? Я просто не понял, спасение SVB и Signature Bank совсем не требуют комментариев? Республиканцы считают иначе.
Мой вывод: ФРС не хочет комментировать нормально, повысит ставку минимум ещё раз в 2023г, будет спасать банки и кажется строит странные модели.

Израильский Банк Бейнлеуми 🇮🇱 заблокировал перевод от санкционного лица.
Олигарх Сергей Адоньев, включенный в санкции США 🇺🇸, не смог перевести €100 тыс в банк Бейнлеуми за юридическое сопровождение иска против банка Леуми, который заблокировал счет Адоньева в 2023 г.
Сергей Адоньев - интересная личность. В 2018 г. и его дети были лишены болгарского гражданства, поскольку не соответствовали требованиям инвест гражданства и выяснилось о приговоре, вынесенном ему американским судом в 1997 г. — бизнесмена тогда приговорили к 20 месяцам тюрьмы и штрафу $4 млн за участие в мошеннической схеме, в рамках которой в США нелегально поставлялся кубинский сахар.
В том же году - 2018 г., он получает израильское гражданство (наверное, МВД не захотело узнать про уголовное прошлое в США).
Теперь израильский юрист Касуто, кому и направлялись €100 тыс. подал в окружной суд Тель-Авива просьбу разблокировке.

Iraq and Oman have now shut key oil terminals after two Iraqi tankers were hit and left burning off the coast, while a third ship was struck near Dubai. The International Energy Agency says flows through the Strait of Hormuz — normally carrying about a fifth of the world’s oil — have dropped to a trickle, driving an 8‑million‑barrel‑a‑day supply collapse, the largest disruption in the history of the global oil market. Even a coordinated pledge by the U.S. and its allies to release 400 million barrels from emergency reserves couldn’t stop prices from surging again.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guards now openly claim attacks on tankers they say “ignored warnings,” and Tehran vows it will not allow shipments that benefit the U.S. and its allies to pass Hormuz. At the same time, Iran is firing on Israeli bases and Gulf targets, Israel is pounding Tehran and Beirut, and Hezbollah’s support strikes have already killed more than 600 people in Lebanon and displaced over 800,000. The war that was sold as a clean hit on Iran’s “capabilities” has become a rolling regional bombardment that trades civilian neighborhoods and critical infrastructure for headlines about “resolve.”
On the balance sheet, the numbers are just as grotesque. Pentagon officials told lawmakers the war blew through at least $11.3 billion in the first six days, and that figure doesn’t even capture all operational costs. Banks like Citi and HSBC are shuttering Gulf offices after Iran’s Revolutionary Guards threatened U.S. and Israeli financial institutions, while shipping and insurance markets reprice risk across the region. Trump still talks about “unconditional surrender” as the only acceptable endgame, even as Iran keeps launching attacks and America’s own intelligence and oil agencies warn the damage to global supply and financial stability is already historic.
And then there are the images politicians won’t put on their slides: an elementary school in Minab turned into twisted rebar and dust after a U.S. Tomahawk, hundreds of fresh graves dug for children and teachers, and a president who tried to blame Iran for a strike his own military now says was the result of outdated targeting data. Call it what it is: a war that was supposed to prove strength, now staggering forward on auto‑pilot, financed by an oil shock and held together by denial.

28 мая OFSI опубликовала General Licence INT/2024/4761108 в рамках Regulation 64 of The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 ('The Russia Regulations'), которое позволяет
Лицам может пользоваться розничными банковскими услугами санкционных кредитного или финансового учреждения при условии, что сделанные или полученные платежи предназначены для личного использования лица при условии, что общая стоимость таких платежей, произведенных этим лицом не превышает £50 тыс.
Окончание лицензии: 27 мая 2026 г. По-видимому, OFSI надоело разбираться с такими случаями, когда российские лица переводили деньги несмотря на санкционные статуса либо банка отправителя, либо Кор банка.
‼️ то есть если у российских лиц было заблокировано до £50 000 в санкционных банках, то они могут воспользоваться данной генеральной лицензией, обратившись в британский банк, который заблокировал перевод.
