Python + bash
# os
import os
os.system("tar cvf demo.tar ~/")
# subprocess
import subprocess
subprocess.call(['tar', 'cvf', 'demo.tar', '~/'])
# sh
import sh
sh.tar('cvf', 'demo.tar', "~/")
fn = sh.lsof.bake('-i', '-P', '-n')
output = sh.grep(fn(), 'LISTEN')
with sh.contrib.sudo:
print(ls("/root"))
password = "secret"
sudo = sh.sudo.bake("-S", _in=password+"\n")
print(sudo.ls("/root"))

🦏 The white rhinoceros is one of the largest land mammals, found in Africa’s tall- and short-grass savannahs.
🌍 An astounding 99 percent of Africa’s white rhinos live in just five countries, with the overwhelming majority found in South Africa. 🇿🇦
🌿 A true grazer, the white rhino has a broad, square-shaped upper lip—perfectly evolved for feeding on grass.
