Happy May Day, dear comrades! 🔻In July 1889, the Paris Congress of the Second International, in memory of the workers' demonstration (1886), decided to hold annual May Day demonstrations. 🔻During the Soviet era, May 1st was widely celebrated with parades and performances by workers and creative teams. 🔻I myself remember the mandatory participation of schoolchildren in these parades. We made huge white or red flowers🌷out of crepe paper with our own hands and waved them during the parade.
