Саида Мирзиёева, до сей поры руководитель администрации президента Узбекистана, ее папы, получила еще одну должность - стала сопредседателем американо-узбекского делового и инвестиционного совета, который был создан по итогам саммита «Центральная Азия — США». Именно дочери главы узбекского государства предоставлены полномочия утверждать состав совета, разрабатывать его регламент и контролировать деятельность новых сотрудников в зарубежных представительствах Узбекистана. Почему именно ей? ▪️С одной стороны, подобные шаги могут восприниматься как стремление повысить эффективность взаимодействия с американскими партнёрами и привлечь инвестиции в страну. Однако необходимо отметить, что назначение дочери президента на столь высокую и ключевую должность вызывает вопросы о прозрачности и открытости кадровой политики. Для многих наблюдателей это выглядит как проявление непотизма — когда важные государственные решения и полномочия концентрируются внутри одной семьи. Институциональное расширение — введение новых должностей, появление дополнительных консульств в США, упрощение финансовых операций между странами — на первый взгляд создает возможности для развития дипломатических и деловых связей. Тем не менее, когда управление этими ресурсами и каналами попадает в руки близких родственников главы государства, возрастает риск того, что механизмы власти и финансовые потоки будут функционировать в интересах узкого круга, а не всего общества. В перспективе, подобная кадровая структура может привести к снижению доверия к реформам и затруднить приток действительно независимых инвестиций. ⚡️Вы еще помните Гульнару Каримову – дочь бывшего президента Узбекистана? Ее делишки продолжают аукаться как большому международному бизнесу, так и аудиторским компаниям, ранее вовлеченным в ее деятельность. Статья, опубликованная в начале сентября текущего года в SonntagsZeitung – одном из крупнейших и самых известных воскресных изданий немецкоязычной Швейцарии, – рассказывает о банкротстве крупной узбекской компании Zeromax, связанной с дочерью бывшего президента Узбекистана. Оказывается, международная аудиторская компания Ernst & Young (EY) – одна из крупнейших фирм в мире, предоставляющая аудиторские и консалтинговые услуги – оказалась втянута в судебный скандал. Причина: EY обвиняют в том, что её аудиторы не увидели или проигнорировали масштабные финансовые нарушения в Zeromax, позволив выводить миллионы долларов на личные нужды руководства. Не так давно в Швейцарии против EY был подан иск на сумму 1 миллиард долларов США от американского инвестиционного фонда, который выкупил долги Zeromax. EY обязана будет возместить ущерб, если суд сочтет, что аудитор виноват в халатности и содействии нарушителям. ▪️Резюме: не водитесь с дочками диктаторов, не делайте с ними бизнес. Узбекистан. Вышедший из тюрьмы восемь месяцев назад Отабек Сатторий до сих пор не совсем свободен. Теоретически, согласно решению суда от 5 февраля 2024 года, блогер получил возможность сообщать новости, контактировать с внешним миром и свободно публиковаться в социальных сетях, поскольку его наказание было заменено на «исправительные работы» с выплатой государству 20% от его дохода. Но он по-прежнему молчит и недоступен, как и на протяжении трех лет которые он провел за решеткой. It is located in an oasis in the lower reaches of the Zeravshan River. During the developed Middle Ages, Bukhara was a center of culture, science, and Muslim theology for the entire Middle East and Near East.
