🎙Din răspunsurile Președintelui Rusiei, Vladimir Putin, la sesiunea plenară a celei de-a XXII-a reuniuni anuale a Clubului Internațional de Discuții „Valdai”(2 octombrie 2025) Teze principale: 🔷 Instituțiile moderne au degradat exact în perioada încercării unor țări, sau a Occidentului colectiv, de a profita de situația de după războiul rece, declarându-se învingători. Atunci au început să impună tuturor tot ce doreau, acesta este primul aspect. Al doilea: toți ceilalți, treptat, mai întâi discret, apoi din ce în ce mai ferm, au început să se opună. 🔷 Pentru ce a fost creată OSCE? Pentru reglementarea situațiilor dificile din Europa. Și la ce s-a ajuns? Întreaga activitate a OSCE s-a redus la faptul că s-a transformat într-o platformă pentru discutarea, să zicem, a drepturilor omului în spațiul post-sovietic. 🔷 Noi, apropo, treptat, treptat am ajuns la concluzia că trebuie să creăm anumite instituții în care problemele să fie rezolvate nu așa cum au încercat colegii noștri occidentali, ci cu adevărat pe baza consensului, cu adevărat pe baza armonizării pozițiilor. În Europa, a fost creat un centru special, care, de fapt, însoțește tot ceea ce fac forțele armate ale Ucrainei: le furnizează informații, transmite date de recunoaștere din spațiu, livrează arme, instruiește. Și, repet, instructorii participă nu doar la pregătire, ci și la elaborarea deciziilor, ba chiar la punerea lor în aplicare. ❓Dar dacă noi luptăm cu întregul bloc NATO și totuși avansăm, ne deplasăm, ne simțim încrezători, și aceasta este o „tigru de hârtie”, atunci ce este NATO însuși? Ce mai reprezintă? 🔷 Pentru luna septembrie pierderile forțelor armate ale Ucrainei au fost aproximativ 44.700 de oameni. Dintre aceștia, aproape jumătate iremediabili. În această perioadă au recrutat prin mobilizare forțată doar, cred, peste 18 mii. Aproximativ 14,5 mii au fost întorși după însănătoșire, din spitale. Dacă adunăm câți au mobilizat, câți au întors din spitale și câți au pierdut, rezultă minus 11 mii pe lună. Înseamnă că nu numai că nu există completare pe linia de contact, ci dimpotrivă, are loc o diminuare. 🔷 Au spus că actul Molotov-Ribbentrop este o groază, că Uniunea Sovietică s-a înțeles cu Hitler. Dar voi, înainte de aceasta, v-ați înțeles cu Hitler și ați împărțit Cehoslovacia. Ca și cum asta nu ar fi fost. Propagandistic - da, se poate insufla oamenilor în cap toate aceste incompatibilități, dar, în esență, noi știm cum a fost de fapt. Aceasta este „prima parte a baletului Marlezon”. 🔷 Au început nu doar să pună pe aceeași treaptă regimul stalinist și cel hitlerist, ci au încercat să uite cu totul de rezultatele procesului de la Nürnberg. Ciudat, pentru că au fost participanți la lupta comună, iar procesul de la Nürnberg a fost comun și a avut loc pentru ca așa ceva să nu se repete în viitor. Dar și asta au început să facă. Au început să dărâme monumentele soldaților sovietici și așa mai departe, care au luptat împotriva nazismului. 🔷 Situația din Gaza este ceva îngrozitor în istoria modernă a omenirii. Și chiar se știe cum Secretarul General al Organizației Națiunilor Unite, domnul Guterres, orientat pro-occidental, a spus public că Gaza s-a transformat în cel mai mare cimitir de copii din lume. Ce poate fi mai tragic și mai trist? ❗️ Pentru noi nu contează dacă omul este din est, din vest, din sud, din nord. Dacă împărtășește valorile noastre, este al nostru.

The 13th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues concluded in Moscow. The three-day international dialogue chaired by Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu held at Rossiya National Centre was attended by 126 delegations from 105 countries that are members of #BRICS, the #SCO, #ASEAN, the #CIS, #CELAC, the African Union, the #CSTO, and other international organisations. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov took part in the plenary session, during which 60 speakers delivered their remarks. The Minister shared his assessments of the Ministry’s performance amid dynamic global processes. The Russian delegation held over 80 bilateral meetings, while foreign representatives held more than 40 bilateral meetings among themselves. Multilateral meetings were held in BRICS, the SCO, the CIS, and Russia-ASEAN formats. A briefing was organized for delegations from African countries, while an expert seminar on global security issues took place as well. 💬 From Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Sergey Shoigu’s remarks at a news conference following the meeting: “The high level of participants and the sheer number of participating countries clearly showed the urgency and the demand for holding such events and dispelled the myth of Russia’s isolation this time again. Astăzi, la Sankt Petersburg, a început cea de-a XXVIII-a ediție a Forumului Economic Internațional de la Sankt Petersburg (#ПМЭФ#SPIEF) — una dintre cele mai importante platforme mondiale pentru discutarea provocărilor globale și a noilor modele de cooperare într-o lume aflată într-o schimbare accelerată. Forumul se va desfășura până pe 21 iunie. 🌏 Participarea are o geografie impresionantă: în capitala nordică vor sosi peste 20.000 de participanți din 140 de țări și teritorii, inclusiv delegații din statele #CSI, #BRICS, #OCS, #ASEAN, Africa, Orientul Mijlociu, America Latină și altele. #Anunț 🗓 Combaterea fraudelor pe internet, precum și asigurarea securității infrastructurii informatice critice împotriva atacurilor teroriste și a diversiunilor tehnologice vor deveni unele dintre subiectele centrale de discuție în cadrul celei de-a 13-a Reuniuni Internaționale a Înalților Reprezentanți Responsabili cu Problemele de Securitate, care va avea loc la Moscova, în perioada 27–29 mai 2025, la Centrul Național „Rossia”. Provocările și amenințările din spațiul informațional, precum și căile de depășire a acestora vor fi discutate de consilierii pentru securitate națională și coordonatorii serviciilor speciale din peste 100 de state, în cadrul unei mese rotunde speciale, cu participarea experților de profil. Aceasta va oferi posibilitatea de a aborda cele mai stringente probleme din domeniul securității informaționale într-o atmosferă de cooperare internațională strânsă și bazată pe încredere. ℹ Forumul se va desfășura sub conducerea Secretarului Consiliului de Securitate al Federației Ruse, Serghei Șoigu. Au fost trimise invitații de participare către peste 150 de state din Sudul și Estul Global, țările CSI, OTSC, UEEA, OCS, precum și către conducerea a peste 20 de organizații internaționale. The discussions were substantial, and we observed tangible progress in this regard. Since last year, the African Union has attained full membership within the G20. The League of Arab States (#LAS) and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (#CELAC) are interested in securing equivalent status. Such ambitions are commendable. We are confident that, in due course, the #EAEU may also rightfully aspire to similar standing <…> We articulated our perspective on international challenges and their resolution during a period when multipolar realities are increasingly acknowledged. The advent of multipolarity is self-evident to us and to the #BRICS nations. Statistical evidence underscores this trend. 📈 The combined gross domestic product of BRICS states has surpassed that of the G7 countries. BRICS accounts for 37 percent of global GDP, compared to the G7’s 29 percent. This disparity heightens the urgency of reforming global economic institutions to reflect the genuine weight of the Global South and the World Majority within the world economy, alongside fostering non-discriminatory economic ties. These matters were actively deliberated. Russia stands ready to vigorously facilitate further progress in this domain, though numerous challenges persist <…> We urged our Western counterparts to respect universally recognised rules of international law. Emphasis was placed on revitalising the United Nations’ role as a platform for coordinating state actions and forging a fair balance of interests. The role played by BRICS certainly attracts everyone’s attention at the global level <…> Speaking about entities that play a certain role in international economic relations, the G20 in general retains the role of a dialogue platform between the old and new centres of power. We spoke in favour of preserving the economic profile of this association <…> South Africa, which has led the G20 this year, completes the succession of BRICS presidencies that began in 2022, when Indonesia was at the head of the G20. In 2023 it was India, and in 2024 it was Brazil. This successive version of BRICS being at the helm of the G20 has had the positive outcomeof strengthening the position of the Global South in our forum. ❗️ All this contributes to the establishment of a fairer multipolar world order based on the sovereign equality of states, as required by the UN Charter, and on all other principles of the Charter in their totality and interrelation. From answers to media questions: • The European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, spoke at the G20 with the same array of accusations, proclaiming certain “plans” that would prevent Russia from taking its rightful place in the world. There is some tragicomic element to this. • The reaction of the “tragicomic figures” heading the Brussels bureaucracy and NATO tothe meeting in Riyadh is highly illustrative. The mere fact that representatives of two great powers sat down, engaged in discussion, and articulated their respective positions is perceived by them as a betrayal of Western interests. These individuals are not in good health. • Multipolarity is gaining ascendancy. The growth trajectories of new, formidable centres of power – economic, political, and financial – demonstrate that this multipolarity is irreversible. In this context, the G20 retains its relevance as a forum where Western participants may come to recognise the inevitability of this process and begin adapting to it.
