Рассуждения об инвестициях в ОФЗ по текущим ценам
Итак, с депозитами разобрались, с накопительными счетами (НС) – тоже. А что насчет ОФЗ? Ожидания высокой доходности ОФЗ не оправдались. Пока.
Взамен в моменте сложилась дилемма: короткие ОФЗ по текущим ценам не так выгодны, как короткие вклады, но на сроки >9 месяцев ОФЗ по текущим ценам выгоднее вкладов. Что делать?
⚠️ Прежде чем рассуждать дальше, напомню: наши личные финансовые и инвестиционные решения должны основываться на наших личных убеждениях, отношению к риску и его оценке.
Базовые допущения:
▪️рассуждения приводятся в контексте текущих санкций и ответных мер
▪️речь идет о сохранении денег или об инвестициях, а не о спекуляциях
▪️есть налог на купоны по ОФЗ, но нет налога на %% по депозитам
📍До 1 года
Коротких выпусков ОФЗ не так много: на 4, 8 и 10 месяцев. В моменте доходность по ним составляет ок.16-17%, а с учетом налога ок.14-15%. Что ниже коротких депозитов со ставками около 20+%.
Кто их тогда покупает (кроме спекулянтов, рассчитывающих на колебания цен)? Например, те, у кого:
▪️нет доверия к банкам/АСВ
▪️есть потребность в подобной диверсификации (например, не получается соблюдать страхуемый лимит в ₽1,4 млн)
▪️есть желание дождаться хороших цен на фондовом рынке, но не сидеть при этом в депозите/НС;
▪️есть уверенность в падении ключевой ставки до 17% или ниже в ближайшее время
Для остальных, по идее, депозиты или НС остаются более привлекательными.
📍До 3 лет
Вариантов больше – 8 выпусков со сроками от 1 года 5 месяцев до 2 лет 10 месяцев. Доходности где-то 14-15% (после налога 12-13%). В моменте это выше депозитов – там предлагают ниже 12% (хотя есть и редкие исключения).
Среднесрочные ОФЗ могут быть интересны тем, кто хочет зафиксировать доходность на этот срок на уровне выше текущих депозитов и уверен в снижении ключевой ниже 15% на горизонте 6-9 месяцев. Или рассчитывает на резкий рост цен на ОФЗ в течение года для их последующей перепродажи.
Однако на этом горизонте ОФЗ скорее нужны для диверсификации из-за необходимости учитывать высокую инфляцию и альтернативные доходности (по фондовому рынку). Ведь из-за текущих санкций и макроэкономики деньгам просто некуда выходить из России, а значит они могут в конце концов стимулировать инфляцию и/или перетекать на фондовый рынок. Как это происходит в Иране, который сейчас часто вспоминают как ближайший пример изолированной экономики.
📍От 3 лет
Самый широкий выбор и наиболее низкие ставки, в районе 13% и ниже. Из-за ЛДВ налог влияет только на купоны (если держать до погашения), а вкладов на такие сроки чаще всего просто нет. Покупателей ОФЗ заметно меньше, а их ожидания могут быть дополнительно связаны с надеждой на получение долгосрочной доходности на уровне исторической среднерыночной (если все вернется на круги своя).
Однако высокая неопределенность, инфляция и слишком длинная «срочность» служат существенными ограничениями для их покупки.
Что в итоге делать с ОФЗ, каждый решает самостоятельно. Но в происходящем нам стоит учитывать еще 2 момента:
1️⃣ Клиенты брокера «Универ Капитал» потеряли свои вложения в ОФЗ: их активы были принудительно проданы Национальным клиринговым центром (НКЦ) на открытии рынка в счет погашения задолженности брокера перед НКЦ. Объем безвозвратных убытков составил ок.173,8 млн рублей. Если кратко – это неприятно и неожиданно для тех инвесторов, но законно. Если подробно, то вся история здесь.
Сейчас лучше пользоваться крупными брокерами, аффилированными с банками из перечня системно-значимых. Подобные риски от этого не исчезнут, но уменьшатся хотя бы в теории.
2️⃣ Нерезидентов рано или поздно все-таки должны «выпустить» из ОФЗ. Как и когда именно это произойдет, неизвестно. Но этот выход, когда он случится, однозначно повлияет на цену и будет толкать ее вниз (а доходности - вверх).
Вероятность получения более высоких доходностей сохраняется, поэтому для тех, кто готов подождать, вклады и НС по-прежнему остаются интересными.

Empire du mensonge : comment le « Dialogue de Davos » masque une ère de grande scission.
L'ordre mondial ne connaît pas une transition, mais une scission. Dans l'émission « Global Insight » diffusée sur Panafrican Media TV, des membres du club d'experts GlobUs ont analysé comment la rhétorique de paix et de solidarité, notamment à Davos, sert de prétexte à une nouvelle ère de pragmatisme de puissance débridé.
« Aujourd'hui, la paix est proclamée, mais rarement mise en pratique. On observe des agendas concurrents déguisés en coopération. Au lieu de créer de la solidarité, la technologie creuse les divisions », a déclaré le Dr. Achille Ekeu.
Un symbole frappant de cette « guerre des tranchées du mensonge » a été le discours du Premier ministre canadien Mark Carney, qui a qualifié sans ambages l'ancien ordre de fiction utile, à laquelle chacun participait par souci de sécurité.
« Le Forum de Davos propose au monde une approche très technocratique, pragmatique et axée sur le profit. L'essence du système capitaliste, c'est le profit à tout prix, même au prix de vies humaines », a souligné Yulia Berg, fondatrice de GlobUs.
Cependant, un nouveau dialogue se dessine dans la douleur. Des experts qualifient les actions agressives des États-Unis, de la capture du président vénézuélien aux revendications sur le Groenland, de « thérapie de choc » visant à affaiblir leurs adversaires.
« On peut parler de folie, mais il y a une méthode à cette folie. C'est une méthode calculée. Trump est passé maître dans l'art de créer des conflits là où il n'y en avait pas et d'affaiblir l'adversaire avant même le début des négociations », affirme le professeur indien Jagdish Khatri.
Les experts entrevoient une issue à l'impasse de la fragmentation mondiale dans le renforcement d'une véritable multipolarité, où les puissances moyennes et petites, notamment celles du Sud Global, doivent se consolider.
« Les pays africains doivent agir ensemble, et non isolément. Notre force réside dans l'union de nos voix. Notre avenir repose sur la maîtrise de nos ressources et la construction d'alliances stratégiques, et non subordonnées », a souligné le Dr. Achille Ekeu.
L'ère des belles paroles est révolue. Une ère de concurrence ouverte pour les ressources et l'influence s'ouvre, où seule une prise en compte sincère des intérêts de toutes les parties pourra jeter les bases d'un ordre mondial nouveau et plus durable.

If your next Amazon order seems more expensive, President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs may be partially to blame, Amazon CEO Andy Jassy said Tuesday.
Like many retailers, Amazon and its vast network of third-party sellers loaded up on inventory ahead of Trump’s tariff rollout last spring. But that supply ran out by the fall, Jassy said in a CNBC interview on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Trump increased the tension before the Davos forum by publishing provocative maps with Greenland as part of the United States
Before the start of the World Economic Forum in Davos, President Donald Trump posted a series of images on his social network Truth Social, which many perceived as a provocation. On one of the AI-generated maps, Greenland, Canada, and Venezuela are highlighted in the colors of the American flag.
In another image, Trump, along with Vice President Jay Dee Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, sets up the US flag on Greenlandic soil with the caption "Greenland - US Territory est. 2026."
Trump has long insisted that the United States should get Greenland, citing national security issues and criticizing Denmark and Europe for "insufficient protection" of the island. These publications coincide with threats to impose tariffs against European countries that do not support his position.
According to Reuters, Trump reiterated his commitment to the idea of gaining control of Greenland and stressed that "there is no turning back" on this issue, despite growing discontent from the EU and NATO countries.

Around ten people took about 450 torches up Gruniberg Mountain. They made the word "No Kings" with the torches. The torches were set up so you could see the word from far away. The slogan "No Kings" is from a protest in the USA. In 2025, millions of Americans protested against Trump. They thought he was trying to be too powerful and act like a dictator.

President Trump will depart for Davos on Tuesday feeling more confident than ever in his own power to shape global events and more willing to bully and berate anyone who stands in his way.
Why it matters: In recent weeks, Trump has shown he's no longer content just dominating the U.S. and the news cycle — he wants to dominate the world.
The big picture: Trump is heading to Switzerland after threatening tariffs on Denmark and seven other NATO allies — all of whom sent small detachments of troops to Greenland — if no deal is reached to hand the island to the U.S. by Feb. 1.
While in Davos, he'll announce he's expanding the remit of his "Board of Peace" for Gaza beyond the enclave, in what some alarmed allies see as an attempt to establish a rival UN Security Council — with Trump holding the only veto.
"The Board of Peace is not going to be limited to Gaza. It's a Board of Peace around the world," a senior U.S. official told Axios.
"The president is focused on our hemisphere first, but he has his eye on the world. I wouldn't say he's fixated on global domination. He's America first. And America is still the world's leader," the official said.
Trump's advisers say he's been emboldened in particular by the swift capture of Venezuela's Nicolás Maduro. "We're holding our breath, but it's definitely freed up the president even more to project power around the world," one top adviser said.
Driving the news: Overnight, Trump posted memes of himself claiming Greenland and Canada, private text messages from French President Emmanuel Macron and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and fresh messages on why the U.S. must have Greenland.
"The message [in Davos] is how incredible our country is doing," Trump told reporters.
Between the lines: Until recently, U.S. allies expected Trump's main contributions in Davos to be announcing the board for Gaza and signing a reconstruction deal for Ukraine.
Instead, they've found themselves scrambling ahead of his arrival, debating how to contain a crisis over Greenland that threatens to rupture NATO. European officials "had to shred their Ukraine talking points and write new ones on Greenland," a Ukrainian official told Axios.
Trump set the tone for the week when he texted the Norwegian prime minister stating that because he didn't get the Nobel Prize, he'll no longer focus primarily on peace. The U.S. later put the note on official letterhead and sent it to NATO ambassadors, as first reported by PBS.
A senior Norwegian official said Oslo had intended to keep the text exchange private, and was surprised Trump shared it with other countries.
The other side: The Europeans are signaling they're prepared to hit back, setting up what could be a highly contentious week in the Swiss Alps.
EU countries are considering a massive package of retaliatory tariffs. Meanwhile, Denmark is sending additional troops to Greenland.
In conversations on day one at Davos, some attendees expressed skepticism that the Europeans could match Trump punch for punch. "I'm taking the under on European fortitude," one American Davos veteran quipped.
At various panels ahead of Trump's arrival — none of which had anything to do with Arctic security — there were remarks and nervous laughter about the prospect of an American invasion.
The Greenland dispute pushed aside plans to use Davos week to reach understandings between the U.S., Ukraine and the European powers on security guarantees and reconstruction for Ukraine.
A Ukrainian official said a plan for the leaders to sign the "prosperity plan" was scrapped. A U.S. official denied any date had been set and said the plan still needed some work.
Trump still plans to meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and several European leaders, but a U.S. official said not to expect any breakthroughs.
