oh btw if the bot restarted it's because it exceeded the RAM usage allowed R14 : Memory quota exceeded R15 : Memory quota vastly exceeded this is why we need to move away from heroku and i also need to make it fit a max amount of RAM

update : fixed a bug that caused the bot to be unable to split files correctly, resulting in failing to upload files above 2gb (funny thing, it was 7zip's fault 😂) also the cancel button should work when downloading files, although it is very buggy and may lock you from processing files. if that's the case, wait 5min and retry

the v7 branch will be deployed to the main bot for testing. if anything goes wrong I will rollback test starts for 24h and if no issue happens (outside of the ordinary) we will continue further
