The service provides DN42 connectivity to members who cannot easily access their own networks, as well as to those who would like to explore DN42 without the overhead of maintaining their own network.
By default, addresses are allocated from a /96 block. If you wish to lease a dedicated /96 prefix or a larger address space, please contact me using the methods provided in the contact information.
All publicly accessible PoP are blocked for IPs originating from within China. DN42 access from within China is not publicly available. If you genuinely require access, please contact me and provide a valid justification.

🇷🇺Comment by Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov following the phone conversation between Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump (October 16, 2025)
⚡️ The two Presidents held their eighth phone conversation – an open, trustful and detailed exchange that lasted nearly two and a half hours.
💬 President Putin congratulated Donald Trump on his success in stabilizing the situation in Gaza, noting that his peace efforts have been widely recognized in the Middle East, the U.S., and globally. Russia reaffirmed its consistent stance in favor of a comprehensive Middle East settlement based on international law and equal security for all nations of the region.
❗️A key focus of the conversation was the situation in Ukraine.
President Putin provided a detailed assessment, reiterating Russia’s commitment to a political and diplomatic resolution. He noted that Russian Armed Forces retain strategic initiative along the entire frontline, while Kiev resorts to terrorist tactics, striking civilian and energy infrastructure.
☝️ President Trump repeatedly emphasized the need for peace in Ukraine, calling it the most difficult conflict he has faced in his peace-making initiatives. He also highlighted that ending this conflict could unlock tremendous potential for U.S.–Russia economic cooperation.
🔹Both leaders underscored the historic ties of friendship between the peoples of Russia and the United States, especially during WWII, and noted the paradoxical nature of the current bilateral climate.
🔹The Presidents discussed potential U.S. supplies of long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. President Putin reaffirmed that such steps would not alter the battlefield but would seriously harm bilateral relations and peace prospects.
🔹 Importantly, the two leaders discussed preparations for a personal meeting, possibly in Budapest, with relevant teams instructed to begin work without delay.
🔹 President Putin also praised the humanitarian efforts of Melania Trump in reuniting Russian and Ukrainian children with their families, asking that his best wishes be conveyed to her.
✅ Overall, the conversation was constructive and meaningful. Both Presidents agreed to stay in close contact.

Le 15 août, une discussion sur principaux aspects de la géopolitique moderne a eu lieu, intitulée: " Les tendances Actuelles dans la nouvelle configuration géopolitique du 21e siècle." L’événement est devenu un jalon intellectuel important, réunissant des experts à l`échelle mondiale.
Cet initiative scientifique et analytique internationale a été organisée avec la participation de grands centres de la réflexion stratégique de l'Amérique du Sud, de l'Eurasie et de l'Europe.
