«TO Bamboo - озвучка и перевод» - приглашает к сотрудничеству переводчиков с английского, испанского, немецкого для перевода субтитров на русский язык.
❗️Мы некоммерческая группа и работаем на бесплатной основе, но ваше ФИО будет указано в титрах со ссылочкой на ваш профиль (например, на страницу в ВК).
Что требуется:
— уровень владения языком от B1-2
— ПК, программа Aegisubs и свободное время
— соблюдать дедлайны 1-2 серии в неделю
От нас:
— опыт в сфере аудиовизуального перевода (подскажем, поможем) и
— нтересные сериалы, дорамы и аниме
— переводчиков указываем в постах по id vk и в субтитрах (это может сделать и сам переводчик).

В начале февраля объявлена программа публичных рейсов на 2026 год для исторического парового суднаSS Daniel Adamson (1903 г.п.), известного как "The Danny".
На фоне снижения пассажиропотока после рекордного 2019 года и роста эксплуатационных затрат оператор — Daniel Adamson Preservation Society — провёл комплексный операционный аудит.
По итогам принято решение о сокращённой программе рейсов с концентрацией на меньшем числе дат для повышения загрузки (часто <50%) и снижения издержек.
Общество пересмотрело страховые тарифы, оптимизировало расходы и завершило ключевые регламентные работы, включая 10-летние проверки котла, несмотря на потерю мастерских в Ливерпуле и вынужденные простои из-за закрытия шлюза Marsh Lock.
Цель — стабилизировать экономику проекта и создать базу для возвращения к допандемийному уровню операций. Продажи билетов 2026 года критичны для долгосрочной устойчивости исторического судна.
📌Daniel Adamson Preservation Society создано в 2004 году для спасения и эксплуатации исторического судна. Это благотворительная организация Великобритании, управляемая попечителями и поддерживаемая членами и донорами; частной собственности нет.

St Michael's Operations is a nonprofit organization of Catholic laymen that provides Church protection and emergency response, donates medical supplies to chapels and parishes, provides cost effective training and now provides humanitarian aid and the corporal works of mercy to our clientele and our countrymen. Primarily located in California and Arizona it has a branch pending in Wisconsin and is entering into negotiations for opening a Texas branch.
We have donated thousands of man hours, and thousands of dollars in equipment. We have protected rosary rallies during tense political standoffs in the vicinity. We have provided on scene BLS medical assistance on multiple occasions. We have removed multiple after hours trespassers, as well as removed those who have disrupted the Mass.
We are an all volunteer force and we depend on join fees, membership dues, Church sponsorship and the generosity of our fellow man in order to conduct operations. In Fiscal year 2023 we are looking to set up a fully functional disaster response team in order to help provide relief wherever tragedy strikes such what we saw with East Palestine, Ohio. Additionally we are looking to send three of our most dedicated volunteers to get some advanced hands on training with the EPS League's Hard Skills intensive. We want to sponsor them as much as possible so as to prevent undue financial burden on these good men. This training will go towards hardening the security posture of our chapels and parishes and give us the ability to provide proper protection to important members of the Ecclesiastical hierarchy such as the Bishops, especially during Holy Week.

Speaking on The Wolf of All Streets Podcast, Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) said he is donating the entirety of proceeds from his memoir Freedom of Money to nonprofit organizations, retaining nothing from book sales. Priced at $9.99 on Amazon, CZ said he originally considered releasing the book as a free PDF but concluded that selling through Amazon and donating proceeds to charitable causes would be more impactful; the Amazon distribution model also enables physical copies. CZ said his post-prison focus includes advising country leaders on crypto regulatory frameworks — noting that all his personal assets are held in crypto, aligning his interests with the broader industry. He also cited Giggle Academy, his nonprofit education platform, as a source of personal satisfaction: the platform is reaching 240,000 students at no cost, operated by a team of approximately 50 people over roughly one and a half to two years.
