Peace upon your lofty stature as a brave commander, and upon your soul as a sincere martyr. Peace from the trenches of our artillery, from the volleys of our rockets, and from our Husseini grips that have remained — and shall always remain — steadfast on the trigger, striking down the corruptors on this earth and the murderers of His prophets and servants. O our Sayyed, our dearest, we thank Allah for granting us the honor of striving in His path under your guidance, for blessing us with the knowledge of you, for allowing us to live in your time, and for giving us the privilege of marching behind you on the path of your grandfather, Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), fighting the enemies of Allah and of humanity, defending the oppressed and downtrodden, liberating the land, and protecting our dear people. O our Sayyed and beloved, our spirits bear witness before Allah that you fulfilled your trust, upheld your covenant, and led us from victory to victory, until your pure soul departed to join the long caravan of your beloved martyred fighters and commanders. We have long echoed with our voices and hearts, in the fields of resistance, our pledge: “At your service, O Nasrallah!” With you, we rejected humiliation, declaring as your grandfather’s companions once did: “The illegitimate son of the illegitimate has given us two choices: submission or death, and far from us is humiliation!” As the companions of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) declared when darkness fell, “This night has covered you, so use it as a mount to leave," we too say to you today: And why would we do that? By Allah, if we knew that we would be killed, then burned, then our ashes scattered in the wind a thousand times over, we would never abandon your path nor break our covenant with you. O His Eminence, the great Jihadi leader, the Sayyed of the caravan of fighters, self-sacrificers, and martyrs of Hezbollah, of the path of resistance and jihad, O defender of the oppressed and the free of the world: Life has no flavor for us without you... We swear by your pure soul, from the borders of Palestine for which you fell as a martyr on its path, and from the positions of the Islamic Resistance across the homeland, that we will remain true to our pledge and steadfast in our promise until we achieve your hopes and fulfill your goals, no matter how high the sacrifices may be. To the arrogant, delusional enemy, we say: Days, nights, and the battlefield are between us. You will find us skillful marksmen, striking from where you expect and from where you least expect. And to our patient, honorable, and loyal people, we say: By the sighs of the tormented and by the torn limbs of the fallen, the murderer shall never escape our wrath and vengeance, and they will never break our resolve. The banner will never drop from our hands. This is our vow, our promise, and our oath.
