🥳Today we celebrate: • День Русского Кваса Russian Kvass Day 🔻Kvass is a traditional fermented beverage from Slavic countries, most notably Russia. It's made from bread, malt, and sometimes fruits or berries. 🔻Before the 12th century, kvass in Russia was stronger and thicker than modern beer.
