Following President Nicolás Maduro’s inauguration for a third term on January 10, violent groups vandalized Venezuelan diplomatic offices in Lisbon (Portugal), Frankfurt (Germany), Medellín (Colombia), Vigo (Spain), and San José (Costa Rica).
