Дни культуры коренных малочисленных народов Севера в Тюмени
С 22 октября по 5 ноября в Тюменской области прошли Дни культуры коренных малочисленных народов Севера.
Церемония открытия проходила в этностойбище «Увас мир хот». Это удивительное и колоритное место находится недалеко от Тюмени – в деревне Кыштырла. Отделяют от современности «Дом северных людей» не километры, а года – именно здесь можно познакомиться с традиционной, исконной культурой коренных малочисленных народов Севера, увидеть ее такой, какой она была на протяжении многих веков.
Сохранить традиции и обычаи коренных народов, рассказать об их верованиях, преданиях, образе жизни, познакомить с культурой и ремеслами – такая задача стояла и при создании этностойбища, и сейчас – при организации подобного праздника.
🗣– Подчеркну, что Дни культуры – это не наш календарный праздник, как, например, Вороний день или День рыбака, которые обязательно сопровождаются национальными обрядами. Такие дни – дань современности, чтобы познакомить гостей с культурой северных этносов. Особых обрядов в этих праздниках исторически нет. Совет старейшин очень внимательно следит за тем, чтобы сохранялись традиции и не вводилось ничего нового, – поясняет председатель Тюменской областной общественной организации коренных малочисленных народов «Кедр» Ирина Малых.
В рамках Дней культуры коренных малочисленных народов Севера гости могли посетить этностойбище, научиться плести национальные пояса, изготовить обережную куколку Акань, познакомиться с образцами декоративно-прикладного творчества.
Организаторами являются фонд развития коренных малочисленных народов Севера Сибири и Дальнего Востока и Тюменская областной общественной организации КМН «КЕДР» при поддержке Правительства Тюменской области, Комитета по делам национальностей и ООО «РН-Уватнефтегаз».

Война с Ираном — это агрессивная империалистическая война, развязанная США и Израилем в интересах и при поддержке всего Запада, в защиту неумолимо скукоживающейся, уходящей в прошлое западной гегемонии. Это — начало третьей и, скорее всего, последней для запада попытки войны за мировое господство, мировой войны.
Первая война за мировое господство, 1914-1918, стёрла с карты мира половину мировых империй: Российскую, Германскую, Османскую и Австро-Венгрию.
Вторая попытка войны запада за мировое господство («мировая война») переломила хребет Британской и уничтожила Японскую империю. Растеряв остатки своих колониальных империй к 1975 году, Запад усох до границ Западной Европы и Северной Америки, перегруппировавшись, ужавшись и сконцентрировавшись под командованием США, в рамках НАТО и других «атлантических» институтов.
Утратив прямой контроль над колониями, как в начале XX века, Запад сохранил своё доминирование и двухуровневую систему мировой эксплуатации в интересах Запада, за счёт остального человечества — мирового большинства.
Однако неоколониальная система в течение последних пятидесяти лет также продолжала ослабевать, Запад продолжил терять контроль над странами в системе мировой эксплуатации, на которой Запад был построен, за счёт которой разбогател и продолжал оставаться богатым. Распад и прекращение неоколониальной системы мировых отношений будет означать конец 600-летней истории западного господства и богатства.
Западные империалисты как никто понимают своё положение и что их ждёт впереди — и пребывают в абсолютном ужасе от этой ситуации, которую, вместе со своими страхами, недавно прямым текстом высказал Марко Рубио в Мюнхене. Война с Ираном — это последний крестовый поход, последняя битва за удержание утекающей сквозь пальцы старой картины мира, парадигмы возрастом 600 лет. Это третья и последняя попытка войны Запада за мировое господство, третья и последняя мировая война. Как бы она ни развивалась, сколько бы ни продолжалась — её результат уже состоявшийся факт.
Мир уже изменился, баланс сил был полностью перераспределен от запада в пользу стран Азии, во главе с КНР, на уровне базиса вместе с деиндустриализацией США и Европы, с переносом центра мировой индустриальной тяжести в КНР, Восточную и Южную Азию. Происходящее сейчас не имеет отношения к решению будущего мира — оно уже определено на уровне базиса. Происходящее сейчас, третья попытка войны за мировое господство представляет собой процесс приведения мировой политической надстройки к изменившемуся мирового политического базиса.
Поэтому характер и исторические результаты этой войны не являются интригой. Ужавшийся до США с сателлитами бывший мировой гегемон толкает ситуацию к противостоянию — прямому и прокси — со всем остальным миром; многократно уступая ему по численности, индустриальному потенциалу и ресурсам. Ядерное оружие в игре привносит риск, что проиграют все. Однако исхода, в котором побеждает запад и восстанавливает своё прежнее доминирование просто не существует, и уже довольно давно как.

The Coporo Indígena community in Apure, Venezuela, maintains its traditions and communal land practices despite violence and the US blockade. Recently, they welcomed 18 families displaced by violence, showing the strength of their communal ties.
'In Pumé society, we all work together and share the little that we have: shelter, water, and other goods, while the care of the community and the land is everybody’s task,' said Gladys García, spokesperson for the Coporo Indígena Communal Council.

"Our production never stopped. When transport was scarce, we walked to the market and traded for what we needed," states communard Nereo López Pérez, a popular educator and professor who works to preserve the stories of Limón de Parhueña.
Beyond survival, Indigenous leaders reflect on Chávez’s legacy. "Before the Revolution, we weren’t even recognized," says Sirelyis Rivas, a spokesperson of the Limón de Parhueña Communal Council, highlighting how Venezuela’s Constitution enshrined their languages and land rights.
