Russia’s upper house of parliament on Wednesday unanimously approved a law that allows for confiscation of property and deprivation of military ranks and honorary titles for activities directed against the state, as well as for discrediting the country’s armed forces. In an interview with RIA Novosti on Sunday, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said it would be “inappropriate” for Moscow to withdraw from the World Health Organization. “We need to participate, we need to convey our position and be in cooperation with those countries that support our direction. There must be an exchange of data and information,” Murashko said. He explained that “the pandemic” showed the need for cooperation.

The Russian Health Ministry has "significantly relaxed its requirements for compulsory vaccination against Covid-19", RT reports. Under the new rules, if Covid is declared a "threat", only people who haven't been vaccinated or haven't "contracted" Covid, and all individuals age 60 or older, and all people suffering from various chronic illnesses, will be required to get injected.
