Дословно в публикации сказано следующее: "Разработчики DeepSeek рассказали, что основой для нейросети стал программный код, который был разработан советскими программистами ещё в 1985 году". Незадолго до этого там же было опубликовано несуществующее интервью главы DeepSeek, Лянь Вэньфэна, в котором он якобы рассказал, что в основе нейросети лежит советская "система ОГАС академика Глушкова". Шутку на полном серьезе начали транслировать по федеральным телеканалам и СМИ, выдавая её за реальную историю. Отметим, что советские учёные, действительно, достаточно плотно занимались исследованиям нейронных сетей. Ещё в 1963 году в Институте проблем передачи информации АН СССР проводились исследования моделей восприятия информации мозгом (так называемых перцептронов), на основе которых в 1967 году советский учёный Михаил Бонгард разработал теоретические основы распознавания образов. В начале 1970-х нелинейные модели персептронов активно внедрялись в СССР в медицине, геологии, экологии.
