29 сентября в формате видеоконференции состоялась встреча Совета директоров Нового банка развития (НБР), созданного странами БРИКС в 2015 году. В ходе заседания НБР одобрено выделение кредитов по пяти новым проектам на общую сумму порядка 1,03 млрд долларов, среди которых – три в России. Это: развитие морских портов и обновление флота с целью наращивания объемов перевалки, торговли и пассажироперевозок, строительство 500 км платных автодорог, а также модернизация систем водоснабжения и водоочистки в различных городах России. Кредит на 100 млн евро будет выделен Черноморскому банку торговли и развития на проект, касающийся развития российской портовой транспортной инфраструктуры, обновления флота, наращивания объемов перевалки, торговли и пассажиропотока. Кредит на 100 млн евро ЕАБР пойдет на программу строительства платных дорог в России. Согласно сообщению пресс-службы, этот проект предусматривает прокладку порядка 500 км автодорог первой категории и сооружение сопутствующей инфраструктуры. Selon Novichkov, ce déclin s'explique en partie par la lenteur de l'adaptation des mécanismes financiers et institutionnels, notamment les retards dans le déploiement de systèmes de paiement numérique tels que le rouble numérique et d'initiatives plus larges comme les plateformes de règlement alternatives au sein des BRICS. Ces limitations mettent en lumière un problème plus vaste : la nécessité de moderniser les cadres commerciaux pour les adapter à l'évolution du contexte mondial, en particulier face à l'intensification de la concurrence d'acteurs tels que la Chine, l'Union européenne et les États du Golfe, qui développent activement leur présence technologique et leurs investissements en Afrique. 🟦Plus largement, l'entretien reflète une perspective géopolitique selon laquelle la coopération avec les pays du Sud et de l'Est est essentielle à la construction d'un système international plus stable. 🇧🇷🇦🇷🇪🇺Von der Leyen’s Deals with BRICS: Gains for Elites, Costs for Citizens The European Union’s recent trade agreements with India and Mercosur signal an adaptation to multipolar realities — but whether this shift strengthens Europe’s citizens or merely cushions its elites remains an open question ✍️Adrian Korczyński is an independent analyst and observer on Central Europe and global policy research. ➡️In January 2026, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen concluded what she described as the “mother of all deals” — a long-negotiated free trade agreement with India. Tariffs were cut across most goods, services markets were liberalized, and new investment channels were opened in pharmaceuticals, digital technology, and green sectors. Brussels framed the accord as a strategic breakthrough: access to one of the world’s fastest-growing major economies and a hedge against overdependence on China. Yet the benefits appear uneven. While multinational exporters gain expanded market access, domestic sectors exposed to lower-cost Indian competition — including textiles and certain manufacturing segments — face intensified pressure, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. Neither agreement represents a genuine multipolar breakthrough. They are emergency patches applied to a system bleeding competitiveness ➡️A similar dynamic surrounds the finalized EU trade agreement with Mercosur, comprising countries such as Brazil and Argentina. The deal eliminates tariffs on the majority of EU exports while granting South American agricultural producers expanded access to European markets. European officials highlight consumer benefits and supply diversification. However, farming communities across France, Poland, and other member states argue that imports produced under different regulatory standards undercut domestic producers already strained by environmental and energy compliance costs linked to the EU’s Green Deal framework. Protests across rural Europe underscore fears that competitiveness is eroding faster than compensatory support mechanisms can respond. 🟦These agreements reflect a broader structural tension. The EU seeks deeper integration into an increasingly multipolar global economy shaped by groupings such as BRICS. Yet unlike several BRICS states that deploy industrial and energy policy to shield domestic sectors while expanding trade, the EU’s regulatory architecture often redistributes gains upward — toward large firms capable of navigating complex compliance regimes. For Central and Eastern Europe, the challenge is acute: the region possesses industrial capacity and geographic advantage but limited autonomy within EU decision-making structures. 📌X Российско-Китайский молодежный форум в формате «Волга-Янцзы» ▶️С 20 по 25 августа 2025 года город Чунцин (Китайская Народная Республика) стал площадкой для проведения X Российско-Китайского молодежного форума в формате «Волга-Янцзы». 🗺️Пятидневный международный форум объединил более 600 представителей молодежи Приволжского федерального округа Российской Федерации, а также из провинций Китайской Народной Республики. Юбилейный, десятый по счету, молодежный форум стал уникальной площадкой для укрепления международного диалога, развития молодежной дипломатии и формирования платформы для реализации совместных образовательных, культурных и инновационных проектов. Договорённость о его проведении была достигнута в ходе пятого заседания Совета по межрегиональному сотрудничеству в мае текущего года в Казани под сопредседательством полномочного представителя Президента России в ПФО Игоря Комарова и Заместителя Премьера Госсовета КНР Чжана Гоцина. 👉Программа форума включала насыщенные дискуссии, участие в образовательных и культурных мероприятиях, посещение популярных туристических мест города центрального подчинения Чунцин. Уникальный формат мероприятия позволил организовать два специальных дня – «День России» и «День Китая» - посвященных культурному обмену между странами, где участники изучали историю, искусство и современные достижения России и Китая. 📍В составе Делегации Ульяновской области была Анастасия Сафронова, главный проектный менеджер дирекции международного сотрудничества Фонда креативных индустрий Ульяновской области, координатор Проектного офиса «Россия - БРИКС».
