On six consecutive occasions, Belarusian voters entrusted the top state position to you, and this is, doubtless, a testimony to your tremendous authority and prestige among compatriots. It is hard to overestimate your personal contribution to the development of friendly relations and fruitful cooperation between our countries, to asserting and strengthening the Union State and advancing mutually beneficial integration processes in the Eurasian region.
