My dad's friend died in the SVO zone. The funeral was recently held. He also volunteered. Uncle Zhenya (Evgeny) was captured and died a painful death after tortures. His body was received only in October. He was an old chess friend of my dad. They used to play all day outside in their youth, sitting on hay bales instead of chairs. Until the very end, when Evgeny went to the SVO, they played chess, even over the phone for hours. My dad wrote a poem dedicated to him and read it at the funeral. Later, with the help of AI, I turned it into a song. I met you, Zhenya, accidentally You left a mark in my soul. It's so sad to hear that you are dead, Your chess opponent. We played together every year at festivals, Two bales of hay were more than enough for us. Your game amazed the passersby, How we fought with you at the tournament. That's why I remember you, Evgeny, I will always cherish the bright memory of you. For not letting me get bored there, in the steppe, You fought with me in every game to the end. You gave joy to many people in this life, I can judge this by myself. And how you went to the SVO - it's an act, valor, courage... A Hero, all this is embedded in you. I told you about a bright person, He went to defend us at the call of his heart. It is a pity that there are fewer and fewer such people on the planet, Ready to give their lives for their Motherland. That's why I remember you, Evgeny, I will always cherish the bright memory of you. For not letting me get bored there, in the steppe, You fought with me in every game to the end. We will remember your feat, we will not forget, And we will carry gratitude in our hearts. We will always remember your bright image, And we will sing a song of memory to you. May there be peace for you there, beyond the line, Where there is no pain, no war, no evil. With great gratitude, we will remember, Because your life was not in vain. You gave your life so that we could live in peace, So that our children could see the sunrise. Now you're flying to heaven with dignity, Leaving your bright mark on earth. From Russia with❤

🔞Beer Jacket Goes Viral! 🔻A puffer jacket filled with a foamy drink that shimmers beautifully in the light has taken the internet by storm. 🔻There's just one catch—it's an AI-generated concept. 🔻The creators called it: • Буховик [boo-kha-vik] SLT: a booze-puffer or drink-filled jacket.🍺 🔻It's a brilliant slang mashup of: • Пуховик (masc.noun) [poo-kha-vik] A puffer jacket + • Бухать (slang, imperf.) [boo-khat'] To drink a lot of alcohol (a pretty rude verb) #spoken_Russian #AI 😎RCR | Support | Boost

I'm not hinting at anything! But, аlcohol improves foreign language skills — research! 🔻Scientists divided Germans into 2 groups: some were given beer and Dutch people (why them specifically?🤔) for conversation, while others got just Dutch people. 🔻As a result, пивозавры (the beerosaurs) found common language with native speakers more easily, were less shy, and pronounced foreign words more correctly compared to the sober Germans. 🔻This research received the Ig Nobel Peace Prize in September 2025 — where scientists share the most unusual discoveries. 😉Всем успехов в изучении русского языка в выходные! #brief_and_interesting 😎RCR | Support | Boost

Since there's a heated debate in ourgroup chat (@RCRussian2) about the longest Russian words, I'm adding fuel to the fire, comrades! 🔥 ⬇️Here are some of the most famously long words: 🔢Превысокомногорассмотрительствующий (35 letters) [pre-vy-so-ka-mno-ga-ras-smat-ri-tyel'-stvoo-yoo-schiy] His/Her Exceedingly-Many-Looking-Into-Things Excellency (An archaic, excessively obsequious title) 🔻Record: Listed in the Guinness World Records in 2003. 🔢Сельскохозяйственно-машиностроительный (37 letters) [sel'-ska-ha-zyay-stvin-na-ma-shi-na-stra-i-tyel'-nyj] Pertaining to agricultural machine construction. 🔻Record: The longest hyphenated adjective. 🔢Автоэлектростеклоподъёмники (27 letters) [av-ta-i-lek-tra-sti-kla-pad-yom-ni-ki] Auto-electric window lifts 🔢Человеконенавистничество (24 letters) [chi-la-ve-ka-ni-na-vi-sni-chi-stva] Misanthropy (hatred of humankind) 🔢 Who dares to risk their sanity and try to pronounce this wonderful verb? • Переосвидетельствоваться (24 letters) [pi-ri-a-svi-de-til'-stva-va-tsa] To be re-examined (officially, e.g., by a medical board). 🎧🗣👇 Who will dare to pronounce these words? #russian_language #longest_words #learn_russian #pronunciation 😎RCR | Support | Boost

🇯🇵 A Japanese volunteer (callsign Danya), fighting for Russia as part of the Special Military Operation, explains why he converted to Orthodoxy. I would like my soul to go to the same place as the souls of my friends in case of my death. That is why I was baptized in the Orthodox Church.
