Seal them and they last longer. But not good for attic flooring because of the humidity changes. My falat arse (if I had an arse) would fall through. When I insulated and NASA foiled my attic I paid $45 a sheet for actual plywood. Still cost me less than paying someone else just to NASA foil my attic. The savings in A/C costs paid it off in 3 years. A few weeks ago I had my A/C units replaced, Goodman 12 years old for Bosch and I have to wait and see if it was a good choice. These are freon units not insane butane.

How do Amish people buy land without a loan. We have been conditioned to be SELFISH from birth. TRUST is a contract not a handshake. No honour anymore.

Yesterday it was 14F outside and my basement was 48F. My batteries were at about 25% and I charged them to full. I'm talking about 250amps into them for 6 HOURS. Here' the temperature rise. From 51F to 63F . These things are like sponges that just soak up power.

Time to fall on my sword. I ordered a grapple bucket a few weeks ago because I'm going to be cutting some trees on a fence line. So I'm shopping on ebay and their algorithm shows me other "skid steer grapples". Except the one I picked was "mini skid steer". it won't fit my tractor. So I happened to have a skid steer plate laying around (doesn't everyone??). That's why I was getting my tractor bucket modified last week. Also, the truck company set something on top of it and crushed the hydraulic lines and connectors to the cylinder. They also damaged the cylinder. So the vendor is sending me another cylinder and the broken fittings. Nothing is easy.

FRICTION HEAD (loss in pipe) Hf = 4.73 * (Q^1.85) * L/[(C^1.85)*(D^4.87)] Q in CFS L in feet C is roughness factor - using 130 is a good number D in feet MINOR HEAD (loss in fittings) Hm = K*Q^2/(64*A^2) K is from a table for each fitting. Add them up. Elbows are 0.3 and ball valves are 0.1 as examples. A = surface area in square feet Also account for change in elevation.
