I made it to 100% today!! by the skin of my teeth.... sitting at 100% for 20 minutes. By the time I hit 100, the sun was setting and I didn't have enough excess power to actually go on grid..... so I brushed up to 100 but never connected to sell power.

Why can't I already buy this? because ford and chevy stopped making Ford Effing Rangers and chevy luvs.

One of my locals here is cranking it out.... 25kw of production, 13kw into batteries, 7.5kw into car and 3kw into the house.

Clearing panels the easy way

Can you tell when I swept snow off the solar panels? FWIW, my panels are at a 40degree tilt from horizontal and powder snow will almost slide off in large sheets.

Here's the output of Tristar1 since 8am.... note it had been shut down since middle of afternoon. Sweeping that little snow off it allowed it to suddenly come back to life. It's a 3kw MPPT charger, so it making 75w is literally nothing.

I just swept off 10 panels used by TriStar1 and not the ones used by TriStar2. Now I'm making 87watts instead of 0.
