The 2025 UNODC and European Drug Reports confirm Venezuela’s marginal role in global drug trafficking, with no coca cultivation or cartel presence. 📰 NEWS | Venezuela: Popular Organizations Push Direct Distribution Routes to Boost Food Security Pueblo a Pueblo and the Communard Union are providing affordable access to fish and vegetables by connecting popular organizations. Pueblo a Pueblo delivered 1,000 packs of fish and seafood, each weighing 3.8 kilograms, in Caracas, Yaracuy, Lara and Trujillo. 📑🖊 OPINION | US Human Rights Report on Venezuela Doesn’t Pass the Mirror Test Solidarity activist Roger Harris questions human rights criticisms against Venezuela as an element of the US' "hybrid war" against the country. While the State Department condemns Caracas, the US has the world’s largest prison population and over 122,000 people in solitary confinement daily. At the same time, UN experts estimate US sanctions have caused more than 100,000 excess deaths in Venezuela, a toll omitted by major human rights NGOs. 👉🏽 Read the full opinion piece here: https://shorturl.at/4Djk3# #HumanRights#USVenezuelaRelations

📝 INTERVIEW | Empire, Colonialism and Solidarity: A Conversation with Nick Estes Historian and activist Nick Estes traces the continuities between US settler colonialism and its foreign interventions. He notes that attacks on Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua reflect the same dispossession and violence historically inflicted on Indigenous nations in North America. Estes also highlights the integration of Indigenous communities into the Bolivarian process: the Pemón, for example, receive formal community healthcare training, vote by consensus, and have representation in Venezuela’s National Assembly, protections US Indigenous peoples do not have. 🔗 Read the full interview here: https://venezuelanalysis.com/interviews/empire-colonialism-and-solidarity-a-conversation-with-nick-estes #Imperialism#IndigenousPeoples#Solidarity
