Ham zukkolikni, ham jismoniy tayyorgarlikni talab etadigan mazkur tanlovda 11 ta jamoa ishtirok etdi. Shuningdek, kun davomida talabalarning nazariy bilimlarini amaliyot bilan mustahkamlash, ularning intellektual va ilmiy salohiyatini yanada rivojlantirish maqsadida 18-noyabr O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Davlat bayrog‘i qabul qilingan kun munosabati bilan onlayn tarzda “Eng yaxshi maqola” hamda “Eng yaxshi targ‘ibotchi” tanlovi o‘tkazildi. Talabalarda jamoa bo‘lib ishlash ko‘nikmasini shakllantirish, ularda mantiqiy fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish va bilimlarini mustahkamlash maqsadida o‘tkazilgan “Zukko kitobxon” intellektual tanlovi “Talabalar festivali”ning ikkinchi kuni yakunlab berdi. Festival davom etmoqda. “Talabalar festivali”ning uchinchi kunida “Globallashuv sharoitida yoshlar ma’naviyati” mavzusida ilmiy-amaliy anjuman, “University talents show” ko‘rik-tanlovi, “Legal innovation hackathon” tanlovi va huquqiy fanlar olimpiadasi o‘tkaziladi. @tsulbox

📢🎉🎓 • TSUL has launched the next Student Festival under the motto “Five Important Initiatives in the Life of Youth” The festival began with a fair of clubs and projects. A total of 48 clubs and projects operating at the university took part in the fair, presenting their activities. During the fair — organized by Tashkent State University of Law as the first among higher educational institutions — students received comprehensive information about the projects and clubs, as well as the procedure for joining them, directly from the coordinators. Great interest was generated by the “Games of the Future” sports competitions held within the framework of the festival. As the tournament combined e-sports and mini-football, students were able to demonstrate both intellectual and physical skills. First, the teams competed on PlayStation, and then continued their confrontation with the same score in mini-football. Two teams from each faculty participated in the competition. In addition, the “My Drawing” contest was held throughout the day. Within the contest themed “TSUL — My University”, participants created their own creative works. An exhibition of works by talented students was also organized, and the artworks were evaluated by specialists. At the end of the day, the official opening ceremony of the Student Festival under the motto “Five Important Initiatives in the Life of Youth” took place, along with a festive event dedicated to the International Students’ Day. During the ceremony, 20 active and talented students were awarded honorary certificates and university badges. The Student Festival continues. On the second day of the festival, the adventure-intellectual and legal competition “Quest Step by Step”, the “Best Promoter” and “Best Article” contests on the theme “Qonun ustuvor bo‘lgan yurtning bayrog‘i ham doimo baland hilpiraydi!”, as well as the “Zukko Kitobxon” contest, will be held. @tsulbox

📢🎉🎓👍 • В ТГЮУ дан старт очередному Студенческому фестивалю под девизом «5 важных инициатив в жизни молодежи» Фестиваль этого года начался с ярмарки клубов и проектов. В ярмарке приняли участие 48 клубов и проектов, действующих в университете, представив свои презентации. В ходе ярмарки, которую первой среди высших учебных заведений организовал Ташкентский государственный юридический университет, студенты получили полную информацию о проектах и клубах, а также о порядке вступления в них студенты от координаторов. Большой интерес вызвали спортивные соревнования «Игры будущего», проведенные в рамках фестиваля. Так как турнир совмещал киберспорт и мини-футбол, студенты смогли продемонстрировать как интеллектуальную, так и физическую подготовку. Сначала команды соревновались в игре на PlayStation, а затем с тем же счетом продолжили противостояние в мини-футболе. В соревновании участвовало по 2 команды от каждого факультета. Кроме того, в течение дня был проведен конкурс «Мой рисунок». В рамках конкурса на тему «ТГЮУ — мой университет» участники создали собственные творческие работы. Также была организована выставка произведений талантливых студентов. Творческие работы были оценены специалистами. В завершение дня состоялись официальная церемония открытия Студенческого фестиваля под девизом «5 важных инициатив в жизни молодежи» и праздничное мероприятие, приуроченное к Международному дню студентов. В ходе мероприятия 20 активным и одаренным студентам были вручены почетные грамоты и нагрудные знаки университета. Студенческий фестиваль продолжается. Во второй день фестиваля пройдут приключенческо-интеллектуальный и правовой конкурс «Quest Step by Step», конкурсы «Лучший пропагандист» и «Лучшая статья» на тему «Qonun ustuvor bo‘lgan yurtning bayrog‘i ham doimo baland hilpiraydi!», а также конкурс «Зукко китобхон». @tsulbox

Yarmarkada universitetda faoliyat yuritayotgan 48 ta klub va loyiha o‘z taqdimoti bilan ishtirok etdi. Oliy ta’lim muassasalari orasida Toshkent davlat yuridik universitetida birinchilardan bo‘lib tashkil etilayotgan yarmarka davomida talabalar loyiha va klublar, ularga a’zo bo‘lish tartibi haqida koordinatorlardan to‘liq ma’lumot olish imkoniga ega bo‘ldi. Festival doirasida o‘tkazilgan “Kelajak o‘yinlari” sport musobaqalari barchada katta qiziqish uyg‘otdi. Chunki ham kibersport, ham mini-futbolni o‘zida birlashtirgan musobaqa talabalar ham aqliy, ham jismoniy tayyorgarligini namoyish etdi. Unda jamoalar dastlab “Playstation” orqali bahslashgan bo‘lsa, ushbu hisob bilan mini-futbolda kuch sinashdi. Musobaqada har bir fakultetdan 2 tadan jamoa ishtirok etdi. Shuningdek, kun davomida “Men chizgan surat” tanlovi ham o‘tkazildi. “TDYU — mening universitetim” mavzusida tashkil etilgan tanlovda ishtirokchilar mavzu yuzasidan o‘z ijod namunalarini yaratdi. Shu bilan birga tanlov doirasida iqtidorli talabalarning asarlari ko‘rgazmasi ham tashkil etildi. Ishtirokchilarning ijodiy ishlari mutaxassislar tomonidan baholandi. Kun yakunida “Yoshlar hayotida 5 muhim tashabbus” shiori ostidagi “Talabalar festivali”ning rasmiy ochilish marosimi hamda “17-noyabr — Xalqaro talabalar kuni” munosabati bilan bayram tadbir o‘tkazildi. Tadbir davomida 20 nafar faol va iqtidorli talabaga universitetning “Faxriy yorlig‘i” va “Ko‘krak nishoni” topshirildi. “Talabalar festivali” davom etmoqda. ⚖️👨‍💻👩‍💻💬 • Professors of TSUL took part in the International Conference An international conference on the theme “Current Issues of Constitutional Reforms and the Development of the Institution of Constitutional Review” was held in Tashkent. The event was organized in honor of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The conference was attended by representatives of the Senate and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Judicial Council, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Ministry of Justice, partners of the Constitutional Court, the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, as well as TSUL faculty members — Omonulla Mukhamejanov and Ikhtiyor Bekov. In addition, the international conference brought together representatives from more than 10 foreign countries, including the chairpersons and judges of the constitutional courts of the Kingdom of Thailand, Indonesia, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Belarus, along with over 30 experts and representatives of other international organizations. At the conference, Professor Ikhtiyor Bekov, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law at TSUL, delivered a presentation on “Theoretical and Practical Issues of Harmonious Improvement of the Constitutional Justice System Based on Science and Education”. @tsulbox

Мероприятие организовано в честь 30-летия со дня образования Конституционного суда Республики Узбекистан. В конференции приняли участие представители Сената и Законодательной палаты Олий Мажлиса Республики Узбекистан, Верховного суда, Высшего судебного совета, Генеральной прокуратуры, Министерства юстиции, партнеры Конституционного суда, координатор проектов ОБСЕ в Узбекистане, Фонд имени Конрада Аденауэра, а также профессорско-преподавательский состав ТГЮУ — Омонулла Мухамеджанов и Ихтиёр Беков. (One-Year)” launched between TSUL and the National Forensic Sciences University of India Head of the Department of Cyber Law at Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL), Doctor of Law, Professor Said Gulyamov, and lecturer of the department Amirjon Mardonov visited the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) of India. As part of the visit, representatives of TSUL took part in the opening ceremony of the Joint LL.M. (one-yyear) master’s program implemented between the two universities. In addition, a meeting was held with the leadership of the National Forensic Sciences University to discuss the organization of the educational process, alignment of the joint curriculum, implementation of an academic assessment system, and the establishment of faculty exchange. Special attention was given to practice-oriented learning, the development of assessment criteria, and mechanisms for the mutual recognition of academic credits (ECTS). The parties also exchanged views on establishing a Joint Center for LegalTech and Cyber Research at TSUL. Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached to conduct joint bootcamp programs and master classes on LegalTech and cybersecurity, to develop practice-oriented educational modules and research projects, to implement a system for mutual recognition of credits (ECTS), and to organize faculty and student exchanges. During the opening ceremony of the joint master’s program, Professor Said Gulyamov was awarded the title of “Honorary Professor” for his significant contribution to the development of legal science and international academic cooperation. (One-Year)» Заведующий кафедрой киберправа Ташкентского государственного юридического университета, доктор юридических наук, профессор Саид Гулямов и преподаватель кафедры Амиржон Мардонов посетили Национальный университет судебной экспертизы Индии. В рамках визита представители ТГЮУ приняли участие в церемонии открытия совместной магистерской программы Joint LL.M. (One-Year), реализуемой между двумя университетами. Кроме того, состоялась встреча с руководством Национального университета судебной экспертизы, на которой были обсуждены вопросы организации учебного процесса, согласования совместной образовательной программы, внедрения академической системы оценивания и налаживания обмена преподавателями. Особое внимание было уделено вопросам практикоориентированного обучения, разработке критериев оценивания и механизмам взаимного признания академических кредитов (ECTS). Также стороны обменялись мнениями о создании Совместного центра по LegalTech и киберисследованиям на базе ТГЮУ. ⚖️👨‍💻👩‍💻💬 • Sarbinaz Rasbergenova participated in an international conference An international conference titled “Gender and Youth in the Water and Energy Sectors: Building an Inclusive Future for Central Asia” was held in Bishkek. The event was organized within the framework of the Green Central Asia initiative in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam – GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences, the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP), the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, and the Central Asian Association “Women and Water” (CAAWWA). The aim of the conference was to promote the development of inclusive policies in the management of water and energy resources, taking into account gender and youth perspectives; to ensure equal participation of women and youth in decision‑making processes; and to strengthen cooperation among specialists, policymakers, and technical experts in the region. The event brought together representatives from government bodies, international and regional organizations, civil society and non‑governmental non‑profit institutions, academia, the private sector, river basin organizations, and councils of Central Asia. The conference addressed issues of climate risks, social vulnerability, gender equality, and the expansion of women’s and youth participation in the development of the region’s water and energy sectors. Among the participants was Sarbinaaz Rasbergenova, lecturer at the Department of International Law and Human Rights of Tashkent State University of Law. At the conclusion of the conference, the participants developed joint recommendations aimed at strengthening regional cooperation and advancing inclusive and sustainable policies in Central Asia. @tsulbox

Мероприятие было организовано в рамках инициативы Green Central Asia при сотрудничестве Немецкого агентства международного сотрудничества (GIZ), Потсдамского института исследований изменения климата (PIK), Центра геонаук имени Гельмгольца (GFZ), Германского общества внешней политики (DGAP), Академии ОБСЕ в Бишкеке, а также Центральноазиатской ассоциации «Женщины и вода» (CAAWWA). Целью конференции стало содействие формированию инклюзивной политики в управлении водными и энергетическими ресурсами с учетом гендерного и молодежного аспектов, обеспечение равного участия женщин и молодежи в процессе принятия решений, а также укрепление сотрудничества между специалистами, политиками и техническими экспертами региона.
