О приёме по случаю Дня России🇷🇺 11 июня 2024 года в Посольстве России в Бухаресте состоялся официальный приём по случаю национального праздника – Дня России. В мероприятии приняли участие представители румынского парламента, иностранного дипломатического корпуса, румынских деловых кругов, духовенства, деятели науки и культуры, журналисты и соотечественники. 🎙С приветственным словом к присутствующим обратился Чрезвычайный и Полномочный Посол России в Румынии В.Г.Липаев. В своём выступлении дипломат отметил, что истоки нынешнего кризиса на Украине кроются в неоколониальной экспансии государств НАТО и Евросоюза, привыкших строить своё благополучие за счёт других народов и их природных богатств. Россия сегодня ведёт борьбу не только за собственную свободу и суверенитет, но и за право всех стран, стремящихся следовать самостоятельному национально-ориентированному курсу, сказать «нет» геополитическим и геоэкономическим притязаниям «коллективного Запада», который не может смириться с тем фактом, что в XXI веке кто-то осмеливается ему противостоять. Россия, осознавая свою ответственность за судьбы человечества, готова к мирному диалогу с учётом её законных интересов. Однако она не приемлет ультимативных требований, которые хотят предъявить ей организаторы предстоящего в ближайшие дни так называемого «саммита мира» в Швейцарии. Посол подчеркнул, что у России и Румынии есть потенциал для восстановления утраченных связей, что обусловлено географическими, историческими и культурными факторами, а также не в последнюю очередь приверженностью народов наших стран православной религии и её традиционным ценностям. Однако реализация такого потенциала будет зависеть от готовности Румынии отказаться от недружественного курса в отношении России. Cu privire la recepția cu ocazia Zilei Rusiei 🇷🇺 Pe data de 11 iunie 2024, a avut loc o recepție oficială la Ambasada Rusiei la București cu ocazia sărbătorii naționale – Ziua Rusiei. La eveniment au fost prezenți reprezentanți ai Parlamentului României, ai corpului diplomatic străin, ai cercurilor de afaceri românești, clerici, oameni de știință și cultură, jurnaliști și compatrioți. 🎙Ambasadorul Extraordinar și Plenipotențiar al Rusiei în România, Vladimir Lipaev, s-a adresat celor prezenți cu un discurs de bun venit. În discursul său, diplomatul a remarcat că originile crizei actuale din Ucraina izvorăsc din expansiunea neocolonială a statelor NATO și ale Uniunii Europene, care sunt obișnuite să-și construiască bunăstarea în detrimentul altor popoare și al resurselor lor naturale. Rusia luptă astăzi nu numai pentru propria libertate și suveranitate, ci și pentru dreptul tuturor țărilor care se străduiesc să urmeze un curs independent orientat la nivel național, de a spune „nu” revendicărilor geopolitice și geo-economice ale „Occidentului colectiv”, care nu se poate împăca cu faptul că în secolul al XXI-lea cineva îndrăznește să-i reziste. Rusia, conștientă de responsabilitatea sa față de soarta umanității, este pregătită pentru un dialog pașnic, ținând cont de interesele sale legitime. Cu toate acestea, ea nu acceptă ultimatumul pe care organizatorii așa-numitului „summit al păcii”, care va avea loc în următoarele zile în Elveția, vor să i le prezinte. Ambasadorul a subliniat că Rusia și România au potențialul de a relansa legăturile rupte, ceea ce se datorează factorului geografic, istoric și cultural, precum și, nu în ultimul rând, atașamentului popoarelor țărilor noastre față de religia ortodoxă și valorile sale tradiționale. Cu toate acestea, realizarea unui astfel de potențial va depinde de disponibilitatea României de a-și abandona cursul neprietenos față de Rusia. 🇷🇺🇧🇷 Russia's President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. The Presidents expressed mutual interest in further deepening the successfully developing Russian-Brazilian strategic partnership across all major areas. In particular, they agreed to maintain close interaction between two countries based on Russia’s BRICS chairmanship and Brazil’s G20 Presidency this year. When discussing the situation surrounding Ukraine, Vladimir Putin laid out Russia’s principled approaches in connection with the upcoming “peace conference” in Switzerland. In turn, the President of Brazil expressed his willingness to contribute to identifying ways to provide a peaceful solution to the Ukraine conflict, which is set forth in the well-known Brazil and China’s joint initiative. #RussiaBrazil

❗️Joint Statement of the BRICS Ministers of Foreign Affairs/International Relations(Nizhny Novgorod, June 10, 2024) 📄Full Statement 1. The BRICS Ministers of Foreign Affairs/International Relations met on 10 June 2024 in Nizhny Novgorod, Russian Federation. They exchanged views on major global and regional trends and issues. They reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the framework of #BRICS Strategic Partnership under the three pillars of cooperation – politics and security, economy and finance, cultural and people-to-people exchanges. They reaffirmed their commitment to the BRICS spirit featuring mutual respect and understanding, equality, solidarity, openness, inclusiveness, and consensus. <…> 5. Mindful of the 2023 Johannesburg II Declaration the Ministers voiced their support for a comprehensive reform of the #UnitedNations, including its Security Council, with a view to making it more democratic, representative, effective and efficient, and to increase therepresentation of developing countries in the Council’s memberships so that it can adequately respond to prevailing global challenges and support the legitimate aspirations of emerging and developing countries from Africa, Asia and Latin America, including BRICS countries, to play a greater role in international affairs, in particular in the United Nations, including its Security Council. They also recognized the legitimate aspirations of African countries, reflected in the Ezulwini Consensus and Sirte Declaration. <…> 15. The Ministers recognised the negative impact on the world economy and sustainable development from unilateral approaches in breach of international law. They expressed concern about the use of unilateral coercive measures, which are incompatible with the principles of the Charter of the UN and produce negative effects on economic growth, trade, energy, health and food security notably in the developing world. <…> 32. The Ministers recalled their national positions concerning the situation in and around #Ukraine as expressed in the appropriate fora, including the UN Security Council and UN General Assembly. They noted with appreciation relevant proposals of mediation and good offices aimed at peaceful resolution of the conflict through dialogue and diplomacy. <…> 34. The Ministers expressed grave concern at the deterioration of the situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, in particular the unprecedented escalation of violence in the #Gaza Strip as a result of the Israeli military operation that led to mass civilian displacement, death and casualties, and destruction of civilian infrastructure. In this regard they called for the effective implementation of the relevant UNGA resolutions and UNSC resolution 2720 and for immediate safe and unhindered delivery of humanitarian assistance at scale directly to the Palestinian civilian population throughout the Gaza Strip <…> 36. The Ministers reiterated that the principle “African solutions to African problems” should continue to serve as the basis for conflict resolution on the African continent. In this regard they reiterated their support for African peace efforts on the continent, including those undertaken by the African Union, and African sub-regional organisations. <…> 40. The Ministers expressed strong condemnation of any acts of #terrorism as criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation, whenever, wherever and by whomsoever committed. They strongly condemned the inhumane terrorist attack on 22 March 2024 at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow <…> 54. The Ministers expressed their full support to the Russian Federation’s BRICS Chairship in 2024 under the theme “Strengthening Multilateralism for Just Global Development and Security”. They expressed their commitment to working together to ensure the success of the XVI BRICS Summit. The Ministers looked forward to the next BRICS Ministers of Foreign Affairs/International Relations meeting to be held on the margins of UNGA79 and hosted by Brazil as incoming Chair of BRICS in 2025.
