#KievRegimeCrimes 📑 Today we are sharing the quarterly reporton the crimes of the Kiev regime (July-September 2025), prepared by Ambassador at Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik. The violations of the norms and principles of international humanitarian law and the perpetration of war crimes by the Ukrainian side should be regarded as a deliberate and clearly articulated strategy of the Zelensky regime. 👉The Report and latest data unveiled at the Briefing show that the political leadership of the Kiev regime has assigned the following objectives to the Ukrainian armed formations: to kill and maim civilians, damage civilian infrastructure, intimidate the population of Russian regions, etc. The systematic terror against civilians is aimed at: • disrupting the ongoing negotiation process; • generating a negative information climate for international events taking place during the reporting period; • destabilizing domestic public sentiment in the Russian Federation. ❌ Kiev has been making every effort to create a violent backdrop to the negotiations and meetings directly or indirectly related to the topic of the “Ukrainian crisis”. Clear surges in the criminal activity of the Ukrainian armed formations (UAF) against Russian civilians and civilian facilities on Russian territory were directly “tied” to political and international developments. Having failed on the battlefield, the Ukrainian regime resorted to prohibited forms and methods of warfare, ignoring international norms. Western-supplied weapons were used by the AFU to kill women and children, destroy hospitals, schools, and residential buildings, as well as social and administrative facilities. From July 1 to September 30, 2025, the AFU launched at least 38,278 various munitions at civilian targets. The total number of munitions used by the Kiev regime against the civilian population since February 2022 has reached at least 316,382. According to verified data collected from federal and local authorities, between July 1 and September 30, 2025, at least 1,749 civilians in the Russian Federation were affected. A total of 1,532 people, including 88 minors, sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity during this period. 217 civilians were killed, including 6 minors. ❗️Since February 2022, at least 24,299 civilians have been affected by the actions of Ukrainian armed formations. Of these, no fewer than 17,205 people, including 1,041 minors, have been injured, and 7,094 people, including 234 minors, have been killed. During the reporting period, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened 632 criminal cases. Since February 2022, Russian courts have convicted 622 individuals in 483 criminal cases. Between July 1 and September 30, investigations were completed in 35 cases involving Ukrainian servicemen. 👉Full version of the report 👉Full version of the report (PDF)

#KievRegimeCrimes ⚡️ Following the international teleconference "The Liberation of the Kursk Region"held in Vienna on June 5 (organised by Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large on the Kiev Regime's War Crimes Rodion Miroshnik and the Delegation of the Russian Federation to the Vienna Negotiations on Military Security and Arms Control), the event materials have now been published. The document includes speeches by Russia's Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik, Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich, Head of the Russian Delegation to the Vienna Negotiations on Military Security and Arms Control Iulia Zhdanova, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the International Organisations in Vienna Roman Ustinov, as well as Head of the Special Projects Department at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Sergei Futo. The digest also contains summaries of statements by RT.Doc war correspondent Olga Kiriy, who reported on the consequences of the incursion of the Ukrainian neo-Nazis into the Kursk Region, as well as military expert Ivan Konovalov. The publication places special emphasis on testimonies from victims and eyewitnesses of the AFU crimes committed in the Kursk Region. 🎙 From the opening remarks by Iulia Zhdanova, Head of the Russian Delegation to the Vienna Negotiations on Military Security and Arms Control: 💬 On 26 April, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the course of their combat operations defeated the Ukrainian troops that had invaded the Kursk region. Currently, the Ukrainian and Western propaganda seeks to conceal the crimes of the Kiev regime in the Kursk region by launching a global disinformation campaign that justifies, denies or conceals the atrocities committed by the AFU against the civilian population of our country. Unfortunately, these atrocities remain unnoticed by international organisations, including the United Nations and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Today's event is aimed at filling in these gaps. 📖Read the materials of the international teleconference "The Liberation of the Kursk Region" in full (PDF)

#KievRegimeCrimes The neo-Nazis in Kiev & beyond continue to reign terror and target civilian population of Russian regions. Murder, torture, terrorist attacks 👇 📹 Online exhibition presented in a brief video and titled "Chronicles of Terror by the Ukrainian Neo-Nazi Regime", organized by Russia's State Duma together with the RIA Novosti news agency, shines light on many of these crimes, hushed by Western mainstream media. The exhibition features photos of victims of attacks by Ukrainian neo-Nazis, including the elderly and children, people who have lost their homes, as well as buildings such as hospitals, kindergartens, and churches that have been destroyed or riddled with bullets. The photos also depict Russian servicemen and volunteers providing assistance to those affected by the massive assaults of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. We cannot remain silent about the crimes whose victims are innocent civilians — people whose loved ones were killed, whose homes were destroyed, and whose lives were shattered. ❗️ The world must know about the atrocities committed by the Nazi regime in Kiev.

🕊#MartyrsForTruth is a special project dedicated to commemorating Russian journalists who lost their lives at the hands of Ukrainian neo-Nazis. Since 2014, the Kiev regime has been responsible for the deaths of more than 60 individuals working in Russian media — correspondents, cameramen, sound engineers, bloggers, and volunteers. Many of them were killed not just in combat zones but also far from the front lines — in cities like Moscow and St. Petersburg — through planned and targeted terrorist attacks. #KievRegimeCrimes The Kiev regime has tortured and murdered those who dared to speak out against the neo-Nazi junta and expose its crimes. Among the victims were Ukrainian journalist Oles Buzina and Gonzalo Lira Lopez, a US citizen. ❗️Today, on #WorldPressFreedomDay, we pay tribute to those who stood up for the truth and remained committed to their professional duty — right to the end. ▪️Darya Dugina (1992–2022) was a political analyst, philosopher, and frontline reporter. The daughter of philosopher and writer Alexander Dugin, Darya was killed in a terrorist attack on August 20, 2022. According to investigators, an agent of the Ukrainian special services planted an explosive device under her vehicle and detonated it remotely after several months of surveillance. ▪️Anna Prokofyeva (1989–2025) was a frontline reporter with Channel One Russia in the Belgorod Region. On March 26, 2025, the vehicle carrying her crew hit a landmine near the Ukrainian border. Anna was killed instantly; the cameraman sustained serious injuries. ▪️Andrey Stenin (1980–2014), a photo journalist with the Rossiya Segodnya Media Group, died on August 6, 2014, on his way from Dmitrovka to Snezhny in the Donetsk People’s Republic, together with Andrey Vyachalo and Sergey Korenchenkov. These journalists were reporting on the latest developments in and around Snezny. Their burnt-out vehicle was discovered only on August 22,with the remains of Andrey and his colleagues in it. Investigators later confirmed it had come under Ukrainian military fire. ▪️Maxim Fomin, known as Vladlen Tatarsky, was a journalist, blogger, and militia member. He died in a terrorist attack on April 2, 2023, in St. Petersburg. According to investigators, this attack had been in the making since 2022 and was masterminded from Ukraine. Daria Trepova carried it out by bringing an explosive device hidden inside a gypsum sculpture to a meet-the-author event with Tatarsky. Tatarsky was killed instantly, and 30 others were injured. Trepova has since been sentenced to 27 years in prison. ▪️ And the list continues… The exhibition is created under the joint efforts of the Donetsk News Agency, Zaporozhye News Agency, Kherson News Agency, and the Lugansk Information Centre, in collaboration with Alexander Malkevich, a member of Russia’s Human Rights Council, with the support of the Russian Foreign Ministry. The initiative has also launched several international exhibitions, hosted by Russian diplomatic missions abroad.

#See4Yourself & #Think4Yourself 🎥Toxic War — an RT Doc Film. Synopsis: In this investigative documentary, military documentarians from RT provide evidence of the systematic and widespread use of chemical substances by the Kiev regime against civilians, which constitutes a gross violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention. In the zone of the special military operation, members of the Russian forces have recorded over 400 cases of Ukrainian armed formations using toxic substances and chemicals. At the abandoned AFU positions, laboratories, drones, and toxic agents intended for dispersal over residential areas were discovered. Several surviving witnesses describe how they were paralyzed after being exposed to an unknown deadly substance and how Ukrainian soldiers arrived at the site of the "operation" not to offer help, but to confirm that the experiment on humans had been successful. 📺 Watch the documentary to learn more about the Kiev regime's use of banned chemical weapons, see who is covering up these crimes, and hear the stories of the victims of inhumane experiments by Ukrainian neo-Nazis. #KievRegimeCrimes

#KievRegimeCrimes 📓 A new report, which was prepared by The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis chaired by Maxim Grigoriev, titled 'War Crimes of the Kiev Regime. Materials of the International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazi (2024–2025)' has recently been published. This edition presents direct testimonies of victims of Ukrainian war crimes and crimes against humanity. Their words are direct accusations of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi regime, which, with the support of Western countries, systematically and purposefully organized mass shootings of Russian and Russian-speaking citizens in the territory temporarily under its control. In the territory temporarily controlled by the Kiev regime, the Russian-speaking population has been subjected to constant terror since 2014. ❗️ Witness testimonies in this publication denounce the Ukrainian authorities for murder, torture, beatings, rape and disappearances of citizens. The Kiev Neo-Nazi regime has systematically and flagrantly violated the Geneva Conventions and massively committed war crimes, which, according to international law, have #NoStatuteOfLimitations. 💬 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov: The facts presented herein about the criminal acts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are truly appalling. Deliberate killing of civilians, torture, beatings, looting, bombing, shelling and destruction of purely civilian objects — this is by no means a complete list of crimes committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazi. This publication is especially valuable due to the fact that it is based on the testimonies of eyewitnesses and people who suffered directly at the hands of armed groups controlled by the Kiev regime. The atrocities committed by the Ukro-Nazi are hard to read about. But it is necessary to know about them. It is necessary because they are the simplest, most direct and irrefutable proof of the correctness and timeliness of the decision to carry out a special military operation to save people of Russian culture and eliminate threats to the security of our country. Today, Russian soldiers and officers protect the peaceful population of Russian regions, life, honour and dignity of our citizens and compatriots in Donbass and Novorossiya. Our common task is to do everything necessary to ensure that all those responsible for crimes are punished inevitably. This is the sacred mission of the book you are about to read. 👉Full report (pdf)

#KievRegimeCrimes 📑 The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis chaired by Maxim Grigoriev, has prepared a report "Kiev regime Atrocities against Captured Russian Servicemen". In February 2025, the International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis interviewed thirty-three Russian servicemen who had been tortured in Ukraine. ❗️ Released prisoners describe the crimes and brutal torture to which they were subjected by Ukrainian servicemen, members of the Security Service of Ukraine and their accomplices. ▪️ D.S.Rychin testifies: "Alexei Soprykin and I were taken prisoner near the village of Peschanoye. I had a bullet wound, and Alexei had multiple shrapnel wounds. Alexei, unarmed, was shot by a Ukrainian fighter" ▪️ S.V.Tarkov: "Two boys could still be helped. I still managed to help one of them to rewrap his leg. The Ukrainians came through and shot them. The wounded were killed before my eyes" ▪️ D.N.Agashin tells: "For a kilometre and a half we were led by the Ukrainians. They shot one person. Torture began on the following day" ▪️ S.A.Levin says that before they started torturing, one of the POWs was killed: "I said, there is a wounded fighter. And I just heard him being shot dead by the Ukrainians. There were two ofus when they handed us over to the 'Right Sector'. They brought us to some base and shouted: "Take offyour clothes. " They started beating us with sticks and metal pipes. Our eyes were blindfolded" ▪️ S.V. Prilutsky says that, like Nazi troops during the Great Patriotic War, Ukrainian servicemen shot the wounded: "When I was taken prisoner, Ukrainians shot a heavily wounded man. They killed him. He was my fellow serviceman. On the way they killed another one. He lay down and said: "I can't walk. And theyjust shot him" ▪️ A.V.Malinovsky says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine not only did not hide the practice of killing Russian prisoners of war, but also used it as one of the means of terror: "They said that as long as they had us in the hands of Ukrainian intelligence, we were not yet prisoners of war. They could shoot us right there. They said: "So you are nobody, you don't exist". ▪️ S.V. Kozlov testifies: "Ukrainians put me on the electric chair. A battery, like from a car, and electrodes were attached to my penis and lips. And they tortured me all day long. I was also beaten with metal ropes, hit on the head with a ladle. They set the dogs on me and left scars on my back" ▪️ E.V. Nekrasov also speaks about it: "In the camp people told me that they were tortured with electric shocks and put on the electric chair. " Drunken Ukrainians shot them with pistols, shot them in the knee and legs. They would get drunk and start abusing them. Ukrainian servicemen practiced cutting off, drilling, shooting limbs and breaking fingers ofRussian servicemen" ▪️ M.V. Likhachev describes how he was personally tortured: "My finger was cut off three times with pruning shears used to cut branches. Four teeth were pulled out with pliers. They put me on an electric chair. They set the dogs on me" 👉Read the report in full (pdf) 👉Annual report on the crimes committed by the Kiev regime in 2024 by Rodion Miroshnik, Russian MFA Ambassador-at-Large.

❓ Question: The Russian Investigative Committee released new data on atrocities committed by the Ukrainian armed forces in the Russkoye Porechnoye village, Kursk Region. The report, in particular, quotes forensic experts and servicemen as saying of the inhuman cruelty with which civilians were killed. Will Russia demand that these crimes be condemned by international organisations? 💬Maria Zakharova: The Russian Foreign Ministry has already provided a detailed assessment of these atrocities by the Kiev regime. Photos and videos were distributed during the briefing, which SHOCKED the journalists. Correspondents, who had seen a lot, could not believe that such inhuman cruelty, exposing the beastly nature of the terrorist scum, was possible in the 21st century. The information that has emerged, including the fact that Ukrainian Nazis opened fierce fire during the evacuation of killed civilians from the village of Russkoye Porechnoye by Russian troops, is another testament to the criminal nature of the terrorist regime in Kiev. Obviously, the extremists knew that they were committing a grave crime and tried to destroy evidences. #KievRegimeCrimes We believe it is crucial to inform the broadest international community of the crimes committed in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kursk Region. Russian news agencies already possess an exhaustive body of evidence of neo-Nazi punitive operations against civilians protected by a number of international documents including provisions of the binding Fourth Geneva Convention. Particular focus should be given to a selective nature of persecution of the elderly, the most socially vulnerable members of the occupied population. The supporting materials distributed by the Russia Investigative Committee clearly show signs of grave offenses committed during the armed conflict: hands bound with duct tapes, traces of torture, bruises from blows, gunshot wounds, bodies of people whose deaths resulted from hours of abuse by perpetrators, evidence of rape and other violent sexual acts. The Main Military Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee has already initiated a criminal case against members of Ukrainian armed units implicated in the terrorist act against civilians in the Kursk Region under Article 205, Part 3, Paragraph (b) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Terrorist Act Causing Death to an Individual). A number of Ukrainian servicemen from the 92nd Detached Assault Brigade were found to have been involved in the crimes. We believe that the bloody nature of the Kiev troops' actions in the Kursk Region should be widely exposed on international platforms such as the United Nations, the OSCE and their relevant structures, recorded by representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross and become the subject of proceedings by international human rights mechanisms, including NGOs. We are certain that the real nature of Zelensky's junta was most clearly manifested in Russkoye Porechnoye, whose name has obviously become one of the driving factors for the Russophobic regime in Kiev and its armed gangs: it is against everything Russian that the current post-Maidan authorities are fighting with support of the “collective West.” Read in full
