Most people aren't worth your time. But you're a lover. A believer. Someone who naturally cares. It's in your blood. In your soul. Looking for a way out. For a way to touch other people's lives. To try to save them. No matter how they treat you. You care too much. Love too much. Feel too much. And that's okay. But that's how you end up getting hurt. That's how you end up disappointed. pain romanticized is still pain. it doesn't hurt any less. not all scars are beautiful. not all wounds heal. sometimes when you are left with no choice, you move, you crawl, you scream, but you don't turn around. you do not have to be the one who stays back in the empty house. you might as well be the one who burns it to ashes & never look back. @thelostdiary ━━━━━━━━━

at this point it shouldn't matter who is against you and who is with you, you've already wasted enough time building permanent places in your heart for temporary people, call it being choosy but pls don't allow negative & selfish people to let in, you only allow genuineness and authenticity @thelostdiary ━━━━━━━━━

It's not fair to accuse someone of having trust issues if you've given them reasons to doubt you, especially if you've lied to them before. Trust is built on honesty, and without it, doubt and mistrust are natural responses. @thelostdiary ━━━━━━━━━

someone who is truly right for u will go to great lengths to be with u, putting in the effort & showing their commitment. They won’t use obstacles as excuses to avoid being with u. Instead of hiding or making excuses, they’ll face difficulties to build a relationship w/ u @thelostdiary ━━━━━━━━━
