On December 13, the employees of the Russian Embassy in Eritrea visited the country’s largest brewery. They visited the company's workshops and quality control laboratories. Стороны обсудили итоги недавних визитов З.Текле в Пермь и Санкт-Петербург, его встречи с Министром спорта России О.Матыциным и Министром культуры России О.Любимовой, а также перспективы реализации подписанных эритрейской стороной меморандумов о взаимопонимании и сотрудничестве с Минспорта России и Минкультуры России. В ходе встречи также был поднят вопрос о возможном участии эритрейских делегаций во Всемирном фестивале молодежи в Сочи в марте 2024 года и Всемирных Играх Дружбы в сентябре 2024 года в Москве и Екатеринбурге. З.Текле подчеркнул заинтересованность Эритреи в участии в данных мероприятиях.

On December 6, 2023, the Russian Ambassador to Eritrea H.E.Mr.Igor Mozgo met with the Commissioner of Culture and Sports of the State of Eritrea, Ambassador, H.E.Mr.Zemede Tekle. The sides discussed the visits of H.E.Mr.Zemede Tekle to the cities of Perm and St.Petersburg, his meetings with the Russian Minister of Sport H.E.Mr.Oleg Matytsin and the Russian Minister of Culture H.E.Mrs.Olga Lyubimova, as well as the implementation of memorandums of understanding and cooperation, signed by the Eritrean side with the Russian Ministry of Sports and the Russian Ministry of Culture. The parties discassed the possible participation of Eritrean delegations in the World Youth Festival in Sochi in March 2024 and the World Friendship Games in September 2024 in the cities of Moscow and Yekaterinburg. H.E.Mr.Zemede Tekle emphasized Eritrea's interest in participating in these events.

The sides also discussed supply of the Russian grain to Eritrea, that was announced by the Russian President H.E. Mr.Vladimir Putin at the Second Russia-Africa summit in July, 2023.
