What a year 2025 has been. It started with a softness that made me believe everything was finally falling into place. But slowly, life shifted in ways I never saw coming. People drifted, plans faded, and the stability I held onto slipped through my hands until I was left facing quiet losses I didn’t even know how to name. Some days felt heavier than others, and I wondered how much more my heart could carry. But even with the ache, even with the uncertainty, I’m still here. Still trying. Still finding small pieces of strength in the middle of everything that changed. Here’s to holding on, growing through it, and finding our way one day at a time. #EverythingILived

Remember how they disrespected you when your heart was pure. People will take advantage of your kindness and then act like you were the problem. They’ll forget your loyalty, your support, your quiet sacrifices but never forget how quick they were to doubt you, dismiss you, or treat you like you were replaceable. One day, they’ll realize what it meant to have someone with a genuine heart in their life. One day, they’ll understand the value of the energy you brought. But by then, you’ll be long gone growing, glowing, and choosing peace over pain. Let them remember what they lost. You just keep remembering who you are #EverythingILived

Life’s Lesson They’ll lie to you so easily, with a straight face and calm voice, as if your trust was never something fragile, never something sacred. And when you finally stop believing their words, suddenly you’re “cold,” “distant,” “changed.” But maybe that’s what happens when the heart learns , it stops handing out chances to people who’ve already shown they don’t value them. Trust isn’t just about believing in someone; it’s about feeling safe enough to. And once that safety is gone, it doesn’t come back the same. You can forgive, but you can’t forget. You can move on, but you’ll never look at them the same way again. That’s not bitterness that’s wisdom wrapped in pain.
