⚖👨‍💻👩‍💻💬 • An international scientific-practical conference titled "Development of State and Law in Uzbekistan: New Approaches and Trends" was held At Tashkent State University of Law, the international scientific-practical conference "Development of State and Law in Uzbekistan: New Approaches and Trends" took place, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Doctor of Law, Professor Khojimurad Tukhtamurodovich Odilkoriev. The conference was attended by representatives from the Oliy Majlis (Parliament), the Constitutional Court, the Ministry of Justice, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as leading scholars from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, South Korea, and other countries. The conference, focused on reforms in the state and legal spheres, modern scientific approaches, and pressing issues in jurisprudence, discussed current trends in the development of the state and legal system, advanced foreign experience, and issues related to improving national legislation. Information was also presented about Professor Odilkoriev’s scientific legacy, his contributions to the development of the theory of state and law, and his achievements in training young professionals. ⚖👨‍💻👩‍💻💬 • Состоялась международная научно-практическая конференция на тему «Развитие государства и права в Узбекистане: новые подходы и тенденции» В Ташкентском государственном юридическом университете состоялась международная научно-практическая конференция на тему «Развитие государства и права в Узбекистане: новые подходы и тенденции», посвященная 70-летию доктора юридических наук, профессора Хожимурода Тухтамуродовича Одилкориева. В работе конференции приняли участие представители Олий Мажлиса, Конституционного суда, Министерства юстиции, Академии государственной политики и управления при Президенте Республики Узбекистан, а также ведущие ученые из России, Кыргызстана, Южной Кореи и других стран. На конференции, посвященной реформам в сфере государства и права, современным научным подходам и актуальным вопросам юриспруденции, обсуждались современные тенденции развития государственной и правовой системы, передовой зарубежный опыт и вопросы совершенствования национального законодательства. Также была представлена информация о научном наследии профессора Одилкориева, его вкладе в развитие теории государства и права, а также о его заслугах в подготовке молодых кадров. 2⃣2⃣2⃣ • A meeting was held on the topic "Enlightenment Against Ignorance" at TSUL As you know, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Committee on Religious Affairs and other organizations, has planned to conduct preventive activities among the faculty and students of educational institutions in September–October of this year. These activities include organizing round tables and educational meetings on the topics "Enlightenment Against Ignorance" and "The Priority of Human Dignity and Rights — the Foundation of Progress". In fulfillment of these tasks, a meeting on the topic "Enlightenment Against Ignorance" was held at Tashkent State University of Law. The event was attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Religious Affairs, Davronbek Maksudov, who spoke about the reforms being carried out in the country's religious sphere, ensuring freedom of religion, protecting youth from destructive ideas, and strengthening spiritual immunity. It was noted that the root of ignorance is indifference and lack of knowledge, and the strongest weapon against it is enlightenment, thinking, and critical perception. Therefore, it is important to cultivate a culture of reading among young people, as well as deeply instill ideas of patriotism, tolerance, and humanism. ⚖👨‍💻👩‍💻💬 • Professors of TSUL participated in the conference “Legal Regulation of Municipal Solid Waste Management in the Context of Implementing the Sustainable Development Goals: Challenges and Prospects” An international scientific-practical conference, “Legal Regulation of Municipal Solid Waste Management in the Context of Implementing the Sustainable Development Goals: Challenges and Prospects”, was held at Karaganda Buketov University (Karaganda National Research University named after Academician E. A. Buketov). The conference, organized to comprehensively discuss legal issues of municipal solid waste management under the SDGs and to develop proposals for effective legal, institutional, and economic mechanisms ensuring an environmentally responsible and sustainable approach to waste management at the national and international levels, featured presentations by faculty members of the Environmental Law and Civil Law Departments of Tashkent State University of Law. At the plenary and breakout sessions, reports were presented on legislative initiatives in the field of waste management; improving the legal regime of waste as objects of civil rights; tax-law and financial-law aspects of waste management in the EU; liability of legal entities for environmental offenses; as well as constitutional, administrative, and international legal aspects of environmental protection. @tsulbox

А. Букетова прошла международная научно-практическая конференция Правовое регулирование обращения с твердыми бытовыми отходами в контексте реализации Целей устойчивого развития: вызовы и перспективы». В конференции, организованной в целях комплексного обсуждения правовых проблем обращения с твердыми бытовыми отходами в условиях реализации Целей устойчивого развития, а также выработки предложений по формированию эффективных правовых, институциональных и экономических механизмов, обеспечивающих экологически ответственный и устойчивый подход к управлению отходами на национальном и международном уровнях, с докладами приняли участие преподаватели кафедр экологического права и гражданского права Ташкентского государственного юридического университета. На пленарных и секционных заседаниях были представлены доклады, посвящённые законодательным инициативам в сфере обращения с отходами, совершенствованию правового режима отходов как объектов гражданских прав, налогово-правовым и финансово-правовым аспектам обращения с отходами в ЕС, ответственности юридических лиц за экологические правонарушения, а также конституционно-правовым, административно-правовым и международно-правовым аспектам охраны окружающей среды. @tsulbox
