Në Federatën Ruse, veçanërisht në republikat e saj të Dagestanit, Tatarstanit, Bashkirisë, etj., gjithashtu shenohet kjo festë e ndritshme fetare. ⚡️#Koment i Ambasadës së Rusisë në Shqipëri lidhur me akuzat ndaj Moskës për zhvillimin e një fushate dezinformimi në rajon 📑 U njohëm me përmbajtjen e draft-strategjisë kundër ndërhyrjeve të huaja dhe dezinformimit 2025-2030, e cila është publikuar së fundmi në faqen zyrtare të Kuvendit të Shqipërisë. Në dokument Rusia paraqitet si një “rrezik kryesor” ndaj sigurisë së NATO-s. Moska akuzohet për zhvillimin e një fushate dezinformuese, duke shfrytëzuar gjoja mosmarrëveshjet politike, etnike dhe fetare në shtetet e rajonit, si edhe promovuar tezën e armiqësisë së Perëndimit. Lidhur me këtë, do të donim të vërenim sa më poshtë. Ngjall keqardhje fakti se me sa këmbëngulje po përhapet në Shqipëri miti për njëfarë “rreziku rus”. Në vend që të bashkohen me forcat progresive në Evropë dhe me përpjekjet e administratës së D.Trump-it për vendosjen e një dialogu të drejtpërdrejtë dhe të hapur midis vendeve dhe popujve, të merren me ndërtimin e një arkitekture të sigurisë, më të qendrueshme dhe të parashikueshme në Euroazi, disa forca jo konstruktive dhe jo moderne vazhdojnë të imponojnë retorikën antiruse. ⛔️ Për të justifikuar veprimtarinë e tyre destruktive, përdoren burime mjaft të dyshimta. Kështu, ndër të tjera, autorët e draft-strategjisë u drejtohen rezultateve të hulumtimit të qendrës mediatike propagandistike disinfo.al, e cila vështirë se mund të pretendojë për pavarësi dhe objektivitet në punën e saj. Siç dihet, veprimtaria e kësaj agjencie financohet nga USAID i diskredituar, si edhe nga organizata joftimiprurëse të njëanshme, gjë që specifikohet drejtpërpdrejt në faqen e internetit të organizatës, e cila thjesht po zbaton “porosinë” rusofobe të sponsorëve të saj. Pabazueshmëria e akuzave të tilla është e qartë. 🤷‍♂️Puna arriti deri aty, sa autorët e dokumentit quajtën “dezinformim” ndihmën e BRSS për Shqipërinë në vitet 1945-1961, kur midis dy vendeve pati një bashkëpunim aktiv në fushën politike, tregtare e ekonomike, kulturore e humanitare. Duam të kujtojmë se në ato vite në Shqipëri, me kërkesë të qeverisë shqiptare u dërguan specialistët më të mirë sovjetikë, të cilët në këtë periudhë kryen punime gjeologjike, përgatitën punëtorë në profesione masive, realizuan ndërtime dhe montime të ndërmarrjeve të mëdha industriale, disa prej të cilave funksionojnë edhe sot. Bashkatdhetarët tanë dhanë një kontribut të konsiderueshëm në zhvillimin e shkëncës dhe kulturës shqiptare. Për çfarë “dezinformimi” bie fjala? Tërheq vëmendjen edhe përfundimi, të cilin bëjnë në fund të fundit autorët e dokumentit të sipërpërmendur: ndikimi i të ashtuquajturës “propagandë ruse” në Shqipëri nuk ështëdomethënës. Atëherë për çfarë qëllime, në këtë rast, po shfrytëzohet tema e një “kërcënimi rus”, kjo është një pyetje më vete dhe shumë interesante. ☝️ Edhe një herë bëjmë thirrje për të hequr dorë nga “gjuetia e shtrigave” dhe për t’iu bashkuar pararojës së forcave të shëndosha që mbrojnë një dialog të barabartë dhe me respekt të ndërsjellë në emër të paqes universale, sigurisë dhe zhvillimit të qëndrueshëm.

⚡️#КомментарийПосольства России в Албании в связи с обвинениями Москвы в проведении кампании по дезинформации в регионе 📑 Ознакомились с содержанием опубликованного на днях на официальном сайте парламента Албании проекта Стратегии по противодействию иностранному вмешательству и дезинформации на 2025-2030 гг. В документе Россия подается в качестве «главной угрозы» безопасности НАТО. Москва обвиняется в проведении кампании по дезинформации с использованием, якобы, политических, этнических и религиозных разногласий в государствах региона, а также продвижением тезиса о враждебности Запада. В этой связи хотели бы отметить следующее. Вызывает сожаление то, с каким упорством в Албании раздувается миф о некой «российской угрозе». Вместо того, чтобы присоединиться к прогрессивным силам в Европе и усилиям администрации Д.Трампа по налаживанию прямого и открытого диалога между странами и народами, заняться выстраиванием более стабильной и предсказуемой архитектуры безопасности в Евразии, находятся неконструктивные и несовременные силы, которые продолжают навязывать антироссийскую риторику. ⛔️ Для оправдания своей деструктивной деятельности используются весьма сомнительные источники. Так, среди прочего авторы проекта стратегии ссылаются на результаты исследований пропагандистского медиа-центра disinfo.al, едва ли претендующего на независимость и объективность в своей работе. Как известно, деятельность агентства финансируется на средства дискредитировавшего себя USAID, а также других ангажированных НКО, о чем прямо указывается на сайте организации, попросту отрабатывающей русофобский «заказ» своих спонсоров. Необоснованность таких обвинений очевидна. 🤷‍♂️Дело дошло до того, что «дезинформацией» авторы документы назвали помощь СССР Албании в 1945-1961 гг., когда обе страны активно сотрудничали в политической, торгово-экономической, культурно-гуманитарной областях. Напомним, что в те годы в страну по просьбе самого же албанского правительства были командированы лучшие советские специалисты, которые в указанный период осуществили геологические работы, подготовку рабочих массовых профессий, строительство и монтаж крупных промышленных предприятий, некоторые из которых функционируют до сих пор. Наши соотечественники внесли значительный вклад в развитие албанской науки и культуры. О какой «дезинформации» идет речь? Обращает на себя внимание и вывод, к которому в конечном счете приходят авторы упомянутого документа: влияние т.н. «российской пропаганды» в Албании незначительно. Для каких целей в таком случае эксплуатируется тема некой «российской угрозы» – вопрос отдельный и очень интересный. ☝️ В очередной раз призываем отказаться от «охоты на ведьм» и присоединиться к авангарду здравых сил, выступающих за равноправный, взаимоуважительный диалог во имя всеобщего мира, безопасности и устойчивого развития.

In 2004, his poems were included in a poetic anthology published to mark the 60th Anniversary of MGIMO, for which he is also the author of the anthem. 📄 One of the most well-known poems by the head of Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is "The Ambassador’s Decree" written in 2004. The work gained wide recognition, spreading far beyond the walls of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and was highly appreciated by the literary community. In 2016, Sergey Lavrov became a laureate of the national "Imperial Culture" award for this poem, receiving recognition in the category "Events. Feats. People." #WeLOVErov 💬Sergey Lavrov himself has repeatedly emphasized that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs cherishes poetic traditions: The work of a diplomat is somewhat like the work of a writer. #КомандаЛаврова К 75-летию Сергея Викторовича Лаврова известные деятели культуры, спорта и науки продекламировали его знаменитое стихотворение «Посольский приказ», от души поздравив таким образом Министра с юбилеем и подтвердив, что не только его выдающиеся успехи на дипломатическом поприще, но и проникновенные слова его произведений продолжают вдохновлять и находить отклик в сердцах 👆 Поэтический путь Сергея Викторовича начался ещё в студенческие годы. В 2004 году его стихи вошли в поэтический сборник, изданный к 60-летию МГИМО, автором гимна которого он также является. 📄 Одним из самых известных стихотворений главы российского внешнеполитического ведомства стал «Посольский приказ», написанный им в 2004 году. Произведение обрело широкую известность, выйдя далеко за пределы стен МИД России, и было высоко оценено в том числе литературным сообществом. #ПреступленияКиевскогоРежима 📑 Опубликован Доклад о нарушении киевским режимом международного гуманитарного права в отношении военнопленных, подготовленный Послом по особым поручениям МИД России Р.В.Мирошником. ❗️ Подавляющее большинство опрошенных военнослужащих, освобожденных из украинского плена, указывают на системные пытки, истязания и унижения, которым подвергались бойцы, находившиеся во власти украинских вооружённых формирований. Наибольшее количество издевательств фиксировалось в «секретных тюрьмах» вооружённых формирований в серой зоне и ряде других территорий, удалённых от линии боевого соприкосновения. Практически все опрошенные военнопленные подтверждают наличие разветвленной сети «секретных тюрем» и имеющих к ним прямое отношение пыточных и тайных захоронений. ⛔️ Военнопленные указывают на существование у боевиков ВСУ практики добивания раненных российских бойцов, а также расстрелов сложивших оружие комбатантов, доставка в плен которых по каким-то причинам считается для украинской стороны неперспективной. 👉Полная версия доклада (pdf)

Numri më i madh i abuzimeve u regjistrua në “burgjet sekrete” të formacioneve të armatosura në zonën gri dhe një sërë territoresh të tjera të largëta nga linja e kontaktit luftarak. 🇷🇺🇺🇸📞 Presidents of Russia & the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump spoke over the phone (March 18, 2025) The Leaders continued their detailed and frank exchange of views on the situation surrounding Ukraine. Vladimir Putin extended gratitude to Donald Trump for his striving to achieve the noble goal of ending the hostilities and loss of life. Confirming his fundamental commitment to finding a peaceful resolution to the conflict, the President of Russia expressed willingness to thoroughly work out possible solutions in cooperation with the American partners, aimed at reaching a settlement that would be comprehensive, reliable, and lasting, and, naturally, take into account the essential need to eliminate the root causes of the crisis, as well as Russia's legitimate security interests. Concerning US President's proposal to declare a 30-day ceasefire, the Russian Side outlined a number of significant points regarding ensuring effective control over a possible ceasefire along the entire frontline, as well as the need to stop the forced mobilisation in Ukraine and rearming the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was noted that some serious risks exist pertaining to the intractability of the Kiev regime which had repeatedly sabotaged and violated negotiated agreements. An emphasis was made on barbaric acts of terrorism committed by Ukrainian militants against civilians residing in the Kursk Region. It was pointed out that a complete cessation of providing Kiev with foreign military aid and intelligence must become the key condition for preventing an escalation of the conflict and making progress towards its resolution through political and diplomatic means. Referring to Donald Trump's recent appeal to spare the lives of the Ukrainian servicemen surrounded in the Kursk Region, Vladimir Putin confirmed that the Russian Side was willing to embrace humanitarian motives and guaranteed that the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine would live and be treated fairly in accordance with Russian legislation and international law in the event of surrender. During the conversation, Donald Trump put forward a proposal for the parties to mutually refrain from strikes on energy infrastructure for 30 days. Vladimir Putin responded favourably to the proposal and immediately gave the relevant order to the Russian troops. Just as favourable was the Russian President's response to Donald Trump's suggestion to implement a well-known proposal regarding the safety of navigation in the Black Sea. The Leaders agreed to begin talks to further work out specific details of such an agreement. Vladimir Putin made it known that on March 19, the Russian and Ukrainian sides would carry out an exchange of prisoners, each swapping 175 people. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, 23 heavily wounded Ukrainian soldiers currently receiving aid at Russian medical facilities will also be repatriated. The Leaders confirmed their intention to continue efforts aimed at reaching a settlement in Ukraine bilaterally, with due regard in particular to the aforementioned proposals by the US President. For this purpose, a Russian and an American expert task forces are now being formed. Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump also addressed some other international issues, including the situation in the Middle East and in the Red Sea region. Joint efforts will be made to stabilise the situation in the crisis spots and establish cooperation on nuclear non-proliferation and global security. This will, in turn, contribute to improving the overall ambiance of relations between Russia and the United States. One positive example is the recent vote in the UN on a resolution on the Ukraine conflict, in which the two countries aligned their stances. The Leaders expressed mutual interest in normalising the bilateral ties in light of the special responsibility for ensuring global security and stability borne by both Russia and the United States. <...> 🤝 The Presidents agreed to stay in touch on all the issues raised. #RussiaUS

🚀March 18 marks one of the most important dates in the history of space exploration. It was on this day 6️⃣0️⃣ years ago, in 1965, that Soviet cosmonaut Alexey Leonov performed the first ever spacewalk. Having stepped out of the "Voskhod-2" spacecraft, piloted by Pavel Belyaev, into near-Earth space, Leonov added another great achievement to the hall of fame of Soviet/Russian cosmonautics. The spacewalk itself lasted 23 minutes & 41 seconds, 12 minutes & 9 seconds of which were spent in free fall, floating in space. As I stepped out from the airlock, I felt a powerful stream of light and heat, reminiscent of electric welding. Above me was a black sky and bright, unblinking stars. The sun appeared to me as a glowing disc of fire. This is how Alexey Leonov described his feelings, speaking from the podium of Moscow Mausoleum. Together with his crewmate Pavel Belyaev, they were hailed as heroes by the whole Moscow city. 🎖 Lieutenant Colonel Alexey Leonov was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star Medal for the successful flight, along with the courage & heroism shown during it. Today, spacewalk is a routine (still a highlight though) of the otherwise busy ISS schedule: scientific research, repair work, installation of new equipment on the station's exterior, launch of small satellites and much more. All this was made possible thanks to the colossal work and joint efforts of many Soviet specialists and enterprises, as well as the personal courage of our cosmonauts. #SpaceExplorationHistory

#CrimeaIsRussia 🗓 11 years ago — on March 18, 2014 — President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov, Chairman of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov and Head of Sevastopol Alexey Chalyi signed the Agreement formalising Crimea’s reunification with the Russian Federation. 🗳 This historic moment occurred just two days after the all-Crimean referendum had been held. 96.77% of Crimeans and 95.6% of Sevastopol residents supported reunification with Russia. It was the very embodiment of the right of peoples for self-determination and a true triumph of democracy. 💬President Putin:In people’s hearts and minds, Crimea has always been an inseparable part of Russia. This firm conviction is based on truth and justice and was passed from generation to generation, over time, under any circumstances (from the Address by the President of the Russian Federation on March 18, 2014). The ensuing developments, including attempts by the post-coup Ukrainian authorities to punish the peninsula's population, prove that the decision of Crimeans to reunite with Russia was the only way to go. Having made their choice to be with their historical homeland, with Russia, the residents of Crimea avoided the fate of the many Russians and Russian-speakers, did not fall victim to the Russophobic Kiev regime. Instead, the peninsula and its people have flourished, overcoming decades of neglect and decay under Ukraine, becoming one of the most rapidly developing region worldwide. 💬 Sergey Lavrov: The question of who Crimea and Sevastopol belong to is closed.
