stop sending long paragraphs & messages explaining how you feel, just don't say anything. I've learned that it doesn't matter what you say, if they don't care they just don't. And nothing you say will change that. Keep your guard up. Don't waste your time and energy.

You kept ignoring them, each and every time they tried to reach out to you, because you took them for granted and thought they'd always be around. Yet, now that the tables have turned and they're no longer calling or checking up on you, you're wondering why they're no longer paying attention to you. It's simple, you taught them to live without you... and that's exactly what they're doing now.

My biggest flex is that nobody ever knows what's really going on in my life. Where I am, who I'm with, or my next move, unless I make it known. Therefore anything anyone says is just an assumption. Privacy is my luxury. Privacy is my peace

never be ashamed of the scars on your heart, for they are a reminder of the battles you have won. wear them with pride, they tell a story of strength, courage, and resilience. you are a warrior, and your scars are your badge of honor and a constant reminder that there is nothing that you cannot overcome :)

Sometimes people leave your life and that is it. They don't come back and you don't get the apology that you wanted and there's nothing more to the relationship that you shared beyond that point. Sometimes people leave, not to come back but to make room for others who are yet to come into your life. And you must accept their departure as an end of everything between you two - even if you didn't want things to end this way. Sometimes one thing needs to end before another can begin. One chapter needs to close before you can start a new one. One person needs to leave before another can enter. One heart needs to leave before another can mend. And that is the only way you can look at it without letting it break you :)

Do you ever realize how beautiful your name looks when someone else writes it down, no matter if it's in print or cursive, pen or pencil, on a thank you card or a love letter, I just adore how my name looks when people write it in their own handwriting, we all have our own personal, identifiable way of how we write things and that makes it feel all the more special and personal. If a thousand people wrote my name on a piece of paper and my mom was one of them, I could identify which one she wrote within a heartbeat 💌

I fell in love with quotes, poetry, art at a very young age. I guess it was interesting to me that someone else is able to unknowingly express my thoughts when I'm at a loss for words; it has me wasting hours on the simple thought that our minds must have soulmates too.

don't let it get to your head. attention is not love. controlling someone is not love. making people do what you want is not love. don't let it confuse your heart. when it's love you'll feel it-you'll know it and you won't question a damn thing.

God isolates you so you can get yourself together. It may seem like you lost friendships and relationships, but a healed version of yours is worth more than anything else.

your anxiety is lying to you. you're perfectly fine and you're gonna hit your goals very soon. remember that it is a process and it won't happen overnight. remember that it takes patience, discipline and belief, and it will happen for you. keep working harder you're almost there :)
