Mr Dith Tina, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of the Kingdom of Cambodia, participated in the event. 🌱 On February 26, H.E. Mrs Oksana Lut, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, met with H.E. Mr Dit Tina to discuss the development of mutual trade in agricultural products, cooperation in the scientific and technical sphere, and agricultural education. The parties touched upon issues related to the export of Russian veterinary vaccines, cooperation in the field of genetics, breeding and seed production, as well as the training of Cambodian students at Russian agricultural universities. #RussiaCambodia

🎙Russia's Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s answer to a media question regarding the attack on the Russian gas tanker Arctic Metagaz(March 4, 2026) ❓ Question: On March 3, a Russian vessel, the gas carrier Arctic Metagaz, was attacked in the Mediterranean Sea. What is the fate of its crew, and what measures is the Russian side taking in this situation? 💬Maria Zakharova: The Russian Foreign Ministry and its overseas missions, in coordination with the relevant authorities, have joined the operation to rescue the crew members of the Russian gas carrier Arctic Metagaz, which was attacked in the Mediterranean Sea. According to the information available to us, all 30 crew members have been rescued and are safe. Two individuals who sustained burns are receiving medical assistance in cooperation with the coastal state. Russian diplomatic missions in the region continue to monitor the situation and stand ready to provide the necessary support to Russian citizens. As stated by the Russian Ministry of Transport, the attack on the tanker was carried out by Ukrainian unmanned boats. Such actions – if confirmed – constitute an act of terrorism, a blatant violation of international law, and pose a direct threat to maritime security. Given that the vessel in question was a gas carrier transporting cargo, the consequences of this attack also entail colossal environmental damage. ❗️ We reserve the right to take political and diplomatic measures in response to this incident, including in light of the threat to international peace and security posed by such actions.

⚡️Statement of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization regarding the Situation around the Islamic Republic of Iran The Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (#SCO) express serious concern over the developments in the Middle East and the military strikes on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The SCO Member States consider the use of force as unacceptable and advocate for the resolution of existing differences exclusively by peaceful means, based on dialogue, mutual respect, and taking into account the legitimate interests of all parties, in accordance with the norms of the international law and the principles of the UN Charter. The SCO Member States underscore the need to ensure sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity of Iran, and call on all parties to exercise restraint and to refrain from actions that could aggravate the situation. The SCO Member States strongly urge the United Nations and the UN Security Council to take immediate measures to counteract the undermining of international peace and security. The SCO Member States express sincere condolences to the families of those murdered as a result of the attack and declare their solidarity with and support for the Government and the people of Iran. 2 March, 2026

⚡️Russian MFA statement on the situation around Iran We are concerned regarding the expansion of the armed confrontation across the entire Middle East region as a result of the aggression by the US and Israel against Iran. It has become evident that, beyond seeking regime change in the Islamic Republic of Iran through the most unscrupulous means – including the killing of the leadership of a sovereign state – Washington and Tel Aviv are attempting to provoke a breakdown in the process of normalizing relations between Iran and its Arab neighbours. For our part, we call for an immediate cessation of hostilities by all sides and for the adoption – as an unconditional priority – of comprehensive measures to protect civilians and civilian infrastructure in all countries of the region. 🔉Audio statement by Maria Zakharova (in Russian) The strike on a girls’ school in the Iranian city of Minab, which reportedly killed dozens of innocent children, warrants unequivocal condemnation. ❗️Any attacks on civilian facilities – whether in Iran or in Arab states – are unacceptable and must cease immediately. We once again urge the parties to renounce the use of force in addressing their differences and to return to a political and diplomatic path towards resolving all outstanding issues, with full respect for the legitimate security interests of every state in the region.

⚡️ Russia's Foreign Ministry statement on the situation around Iran Moscow has received the news of the killing of the Supreme and Spiritual Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, members of his family, and senior Iranian officials in US and Israeli missile strikes with outrage and deep sorrow. The Russian Federation strongly and consistently condemns the practice of political assassination and manhunt for leaders of sovereign states that goes against the fundamental principles of civilised interstate relations and constitutes a grave violation of international law. In the course of continuing military operations, the number of casualties among civilians is constantly rising, with serious damage being inflicted on civilian infrastructure as well. Retaliation strikes at the US military bases in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf, along with the activation of anti-aircraft defence systems, have caused damage to the international airports in Dubai, Kuwait City, sea ports, high-rises and hotels in Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. It has been reported that navigation has been stopped in the Strait of Hormuz. This can lead to the blocking of hydrocarbon exports to the region and create a significant imbalance in the global oil and gas markets. ❗️ We call for immediate de-escalation, cessation of hostilities, resumption of political and diplomatic processes, to settle any existing problems on the basis of the UN Charter and the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. The legitimate interests of all the states in the Persian Gulf must be taken into account.

⚡️Заявление МИД России по ситуации вокруг Ирана Известие о гибели Верховного руководителя и духовного лидера Исламской Республики Иран аятоллы Али Хаменеи, ряда членов его семьи и иранских высокопоставленных должностных лиц в результате ракетно-бомбовых ударов США и Израиля встречены в Москве с возмущением и глубоким сожалением. Российская Федерация решительно и последовательно осуждает практику политических убийств и «охоты» на лидеров суверенных государств, которая противоречит базовым принципам цивилизованных межгосударственных отношений и грубо нарушает международное право. В результате продолжающихся боевых действий непрерывно растёт число жертв среди мирного населения, наносится серьёзный ущерб объектам гражданской инфраструктуры. Сообщается, что в ходе ответных иранских ударов по военным базам США в арабских странах Персидского залива и работы ПВО пострадали международные аэропорты в Дубае и Эль-Кувейте, морские порты, высотные здания и гостиницы в Бахрейне, Катаре, Кувейте, ОАЭ и Саудовской Аравии. По поступающей информации, остановлено судоходство в Ормузском проливе. Это может привести к прекращению экспорта из региона углеводородов и создать значительный дисбаланс на мировых рынках нефти и газа. ❗️Призываем к срочной деэскалации, прекращению боевых действий, возвращению к политико-дипломатическому процессу с целью урегулирования имеющихся проблем на основе Устава ООН и Договора о нераспространении ядерного оружия. При этом должны быть учтены законные интересы всех государств Персидского залива.
