#Анонс Стартовала регистрация на Чемпионат мира по русскому языку среди иностранных граждан 2025 года. Чемпионат — международное соревновательно-образовательное мероприятие, в рамках которого участникам предстоит показать свои знания не только в области русского языка, но и в умении аргументировать свою точку зрения, вести дискуссии, решать логические задачи, работать в команде и проявлять креативность. ℹ️ Для участия необходимо сформировать команду из пяти человек в возрасте от 16 до 22 лет, а также назначить тренера (в возрасте от 21 года), который будет сопровождать и поддерживать команду на всех этапах. В 2024 году Чемпионат собрал более 2 тысяч участников со всех уголков мира, в том числе из Индии, Китая, Греции, Вьетнама, стран Латинской Америки. Финал соревнований прошёл в «Царском селе», а победителем стала команда из Казахстана. 🌐 В 2025 году все команды будут распределены по дивизионам на основе географического принципа: ближнее зарубежье, Африка, Азия, Америка и Европа. Десять сильнейших команд, прошедших онлайн-этапы, приедут в Москву для участия в финале в декабре 2025 года. Поездка и проживание финалистов оплачиваются организаторами. #Announcement The registration for the Russian Language World Championship for Foreigners-2025 is now open. The Championship is an international contest and educational event that brings together teams from around the world to showcase their Russian language skills, ability to defend their point of view, engage in discussions, solve logical problems, work as a team, and demonstrate creativity. ℹ️ In order to participate, you must form a team of 5 people of 16–22 years of age, with each member having at least an A2 level of Russian language proficiency. The team must also have a coach (aged 21 or older) who will guide and support the team throughout all stages of the competition. Last year, the Russian Language World Championship for Foreigners brought together over 2’000 participants from all over the world, including countries like India, China, Greece, Vietnam and various Latin American nations. The final was held in "Tsarskoye Selo", with the team from Kazakhstan taking first place. 🌐 In 2025, teams will be grouped by geographic region: former Soviet countries, Africa, Asia, America, and Europe. The top ten teams that successfully complete the online stage will be invited to the final round in Moscow, Russia, to be held in December 2025. ⚡️According to available information received through several channels, the Kiev regime is preparing a provocation to foil the Russian-American talks scheduled for 15 August 2025. To this end, on Monday, 11 August 2025, a group of journalists from foreign media under the cover of the legend of 'preparing of a series of reports on residents of the city in the frontline zone' has been delivered by the Security Service of Ukraine to the city of Chuguev (Kharkov region). Immediately ahead of the summit on Friday, the Armed Forces of Ukraine plan a provocative strike using UAVs and missiles against one of the densely populated residential quarters or a hospital with a large number of civilian casualties, which will have to be immediately recorded by the foreign Western journalists. As a result of the Kiev regime's provocation, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will be considered fully responsible for the strikes and civilian casualties. 🕯On August 6, 1945, exactly 80 years ago, humanity witnessed one of the most horrific events in history, when the United States dropped an atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima, targeting civilians for the first time. ◼️ At 8.15 am the hands of the clock in Hiroshima stood still. The “Little Boy” atomic bomb, weighing 4.4 tons, exploded at an altitude of 576 metres above ground, instantly incinerating over 80'000 people. The temperature at the epicentre of the explosion reached nearly 4'000 degrees Celsius, destroying everything within an 800-metre radius. Tens of thousands more residents of the city died in the following months from radiation sickness and other impacts of radiation exposure. The development of the deadly weapon commenced in the United States as early as 1939, before the launch of the secret Manhattan Project in 1942, led by nuclear physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer and General Leslie R. Groves, Jr. The creation of the nuclear arsenal cost a staggering $2 billion (equivalent to roughly $45 billion today), and involved more than 130'000 specialists. The US leadership sought to acquire an ultimate weapon that would enable them to impose their will on the entire world. By the summer of 1945, three atomic bombs had been produced: the “Gadget” for testing, the “Little Boy,” and the “Fat Man”. The latter two were designed to intimidate Japan and to showcase the growing power of the United States to the Soviet Union. ☝️ Western historians are still trying to justify this barbaric act as necessary to force Japan to surrender. However, by early August 1945, the Japanese troops were already on the brink of exhaustion, and the Soviet Union’s entry into the war on August 8 played a key role in defeating militarist Japan. The bombing of Hiroshima was a brutal demonstration of American force in an attempt to justify the huge financial investment in the nuclear programme. 🕯 Survivors of the atomic bombing, known in Japan as “hibakusha” (literally, “people affected by exposure”), lived for decades with severe physical and psychological consequences. According to Japan’s Health Ministry, approximately 200'000 Hibakusha were still alive in 2012. 💬 Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov: To this day, the terrible death of innocent civilians strikes a chord with millions of people on our planet. It is hard to fullyunderstand what the masterminds and perpetrators of such an inhumane act were guided by. Neither President Harry Truman nor his successors ever apologised for the suffering inflicted on the residents of Hiroshima and their descendants. ⚡️ Russia's Foreign Ministry statement regarding a moratorium on deploying ground-based intermediate- and shorter-range missiles After the United States undertook deliberate actions that led to termination of the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles (INF Treaty) in 2019, the Russian Federation made proactive efforts to promote restraint in this particular area. These efforts were reflected in top-level statements made in 2019-2020, which included Russia voluntarily assuming unilateral self-restraint on deploying ground-based INF systems for as long as similar US-made missile weapons do not emerge in the corresponding regions of the world. Russia directly called upon NATO countries to declare a reciprocal moratorium on deploying weapons that had earlier been banned under the INF Treaty, and US allies in the Asia-Pacific region to support our efforts to prevent the arms race in that part of the world. Regrettably, Russia’s initiatives were not reciprocated. ❗️ The United States and its allies openly declared their plans to deploy US ground-based INF missiles across the regions and moved along significantly in their efforts to implement these plans. 👉 Since 2023, we have observed instances of US systems capable of ground-launched INF strikes being transferred to the European NATO countries for trial use during exercises that clearly have an anti-Russian slant; 👉 In the Asia-Pacific, we note that under the pretext of exercises, a Typhon mid-range capability missile system was delivered to the Philippines in April 2024 and remains stationed there; 👉 During Talisman Sabre 2025 exercises, an Australian crew of the US-supplied HIMARS system launched a US-made PrSM missile, which had been tested by the Pentagon in 2021 at a range exceeding 500 km and qualifies as a ground-based INF-class missile. We are thus witnessing a growing number of facts indicating the appearance of US-made weapons in a variety of regions around the globe including the regions that are of particular national security importance for Russia, and with characteristics that qualify them as ground-based intermediate- and shorter-range missile systems. The plan stated by a number of US allies to acquire ground-based INF systems from Washington and/or develop their own missiles with ranges falling within the 500-5,500 km bracket, or to expand their existing national arsenals of such weapons constituted an important additional factor. <...> The above steps by the collective West will form and build up destabilising missile capabilities in the regions that are adjacent to the Russian Federation, thus creating a direct and strategic threat to our country’s security. <...> Russia has consistently made it clear that this scenario will prompt our country to take offsettingmilitary-technical measures in order to neutralise emerging threats and to maintain strategic balance. ☝️ Our repeated warnings in this regard have been ignored, and the US-made ground-based INF systems are being deployed in Europe and the Asia-Pacific. In this regard, the Russian Foreign Ministry states that the conditions for maintaining a unilateral moratorium on the deployment of similar systems have ceased to exist. We are authorised to declare that the Russian Federation no longer considers itself bound by the previously adopted self-imposed restrictions. Decisions on the specific variables as they apply to response measures will be made by the leadership of the Russian Federation based on interagency analysis of the scope of deployment of the US-made and other Western ground-launched INF systems, as well as overall developments in international security and strategic stability. Толчок такой кампании, по замыслу Лондона, должен дать резонансный инцидент с одним или несколькими танкерами. Планом предусматривается организация крупной диверсии, ущерб от которой позволит объявить транспортировку российской нефти угрозой всему международному судоходству. Это развяжет Западу руки в выборе методов противодействия. В пределе речь может идти о задержании любых «подозрительных» судов в международных водах и их конвоировании в пор­ты государств НАТО. Британцы прорабатывают два потенциальных casus belli. • Первый — подстроить аварию «неугодного» танкера в одном из узких мест морских коммуникаций (например, в проливе). Цель — вынудить Вашингтон вопреки национальным интересам принять максимально жёсткие вторичные санкции в отношении покупателей российских энергоресурсов, которые предстанут «косвенными виновниками трагедии». Похоже, ностальгия по утраченному владычеству на морях и санкционированному короной пиратскому беспределу напрочь лишила британское разведсообщество остатков здравого смысла. Нашим британским коллегам пришла пора понять, что их все более дерзкие попытки не только «насолить» своим соперникам, но и нанести ущерб глобальной энергобезопасности и экологии способны вывести из терпения даже их заядлых союзников.
