⚡️Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation: Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service has been receiving reports indicating that the UK intelligence agencies are planning to involve NATO allies to launch a massive raid on the so-called shadow fleet. London intends to use a resonating incident with one or several tankers for launching this campaign. 👉This plan provides for a major act of sabotage so that the resulting damage can be used as the pretext for Russia’s oil shipments to be dubbed a threat to international maritime navigation. This would, in turn, give the West a free hand in taking countermeasures. They can go as far as detaining any vessels deemed suspicious in international waters and escorting them to ports in NATO countries. The Britons are considering the two options as possible casus belli. • First — staging an accident with an undesirable tanker in a narrow spot along maritime navigation routes, such as in a strait. London believes that an oil spill or the fact that the accident results in blocking the waterway would give NATO countries 'sufficient grounds' for creating a precedent to carry out special and extraordinary inspections of vessels in a pretended move to check them for compliance with navigation safety rules and environmental standards. • Second — setting a tanker on fire while it unloads its cargo at a port of a country friendly to Russia. In this case, the fire is expected to cause serious damage to port infrastructure and to spread to other ships, which would require an international investigation. ❗️London intends to task Ukrainian security services with carrying out these terrorist attacks. In fact, the UK expects the perpetrators to do the dirty work and to fail at covering up their tracks, which would serve as a safety guarantee for the British. The international investigation would hold Russia responsible for the disaster, while in the worst-case scenario Ukraine will bear the blame, as it happened with the bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines. The UK plans to choose the right moment for the attack so that it creates a ripple effect in the media for pressuring Donald Trump administration to compromise its national interests and forcing Washington to go all out in imposing harsh secondary sanctions on the buyers of Russian energy resources by casting them as having indirectly contributed to this tragedy. The UK’s intelligence community has totally lost the remnants of any good sense because of the reminiscence for the time when Britain ruled the seas, with the British crown approving pirate lawlessness at sea. It is high time that our UK colleagues understood that their increasingly brazen attempts not only to 'spite' their rivals, but to undermine global energy security and environment can make even their closest allies run out of patience.

We must also be mindful of how fragile this peace architecture is. In fact, its integrity hinges upon the ability of countries and their people to engage in coordinated collective action. Back in 1945, the year of Victory, major powers realised the need to overcome their differences for the sake of the humankind as a whole. This paved the way for establishing the United Nations as one of the key derivatives of this vision. In fact, the purposes and principles set out in the UN Charter remain relevant to this day and are in step with the reality of an emerging multipolar world order. But there is another international event which happened precisely 50 years ago and is worth commemorating. This is when the Helsinki Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) was signed. It became a landmark event in consolidating the post-war architecture based on the framework resulting from the Yalta and Potsdam conferences. ☝️ Those camping on unfriendly positions towards Russia seek to diminish and sweep under the carpet the fact that our country, which was the USSR at that time, played a leading role in the Helsinki process, while also distorting the objectives the Soviet leaders were pursuing. We are facing groundless and unappealing accusations of undermining the European security framework, and politicians in the EU and NATO have made no secret of their intention to re-write the outcomes of WWII and do not shy away from concocting barbaric fakes for that purpose. Key points: 🔹Western countries have breached all the OSCE agreements on arms control and confidence-building measures. Russia has appealed to the conscience of Western elites more than once, inviting them to coordinate reliable security guarantees based on fundamental commitment adopted within the OSCE. 🔹 Europe is deeply immersed in Russophobia, and its militarisation is essentially becoming uncontrollable. There are more than enough facts of this. <...> This brings historical events to mind: with their current leaders, modern Germany and the rest of Europe are transforming into a Fourth Reich. 🔹 In recent years, the West has openly shown absolute contempt for the OSCE’s principles & embarked on the path of suppressing rivals through economic pressure, including unlawful unilateral measures against Russia, Belarus and any other country that strives to defend its legitimate national interests. 🔹 The scale of accumulated OSCE problems is immense. Burdened by them, the Organisation has been side-lined in international affairs. The Vienna platform no longer offers space for cooperation or security. The architects of the Helsinki Final Act did not envisage such a future for the pan-European process. It is high time to consider whether such an Organisation has any reason to persist. 🔹 Today, the ideas of sovereign equality of states and their mutually respectful dialogue – strangled in the OSCE – are being realised through multilateral cooperation projects within the CSTO, the CIS, #SCO, and other regional frameworks across Eurasia. 🔹 As a strategic objective, Russia envisions forming a flexible and resilient architecture of equal & indivisible security and cooperation in Eurasia, capable of addressing contemporary challenges. 🔹 There will be no future for the OSCE if NATO and EU countries do away with the consensus rule and continue using this platform with its headquarters in Vienna as their private mouthpiece for spreading shameless propaganda campaigns to demonise Russia & any other parties who break ranks, while backing their underlings in Kiev. 🇷🇺🇺🇸 On July 10, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubiomet on the sidelines of the annual #ASEAN ministerial events in Kuala Lumpur. As a follow-up to the agreements reached by the Presidents of Russia and the United States, including during their latest telephone conversation on July 3, the Ministers reviewed all issues on the bilateral agenda and the global situation. They also held a substantive and frank exchange of views on the settlement in Ukraine, the situation in Iran and Syria, as well as a number of other international issues. They have reaffirmed mutual commitment to searching for peaceful solutions to conflict situations and resuming Russian-US economic and humanitarian cooperation and unhindered ties between their countries’ societies, which could be promoted by the resumption of direct flights. They also emphasised the importance of continued efforts to normalise the functioning of bilateral diplomatic missions. 🤝 It has been agreed to continue constructive dialogue on a growing number of issues of mutual interest based on mutual respect between the Russian and US foreign policy offices. #RussiaUS

Российские граждане вправе зарегистрировать заключение брака в компетентном органе страны пребывания/проживания. В случае если брак уже заключен в соответствии с законодательством иностранного государства, регистрировать его повторно в российских органах не требуется. ✅Если один из будущих супругов не имеет российского гражданства, по вопросу регистрации заключения брака следует обращаться в компетентный иностранный орган или в орган ЗАГС на территории России.

Курахово» После бегства Вооружённых сил Украины Международным общественным трибуналом проведён опрос мирных жителей в городе Курахово (ДНР). Горожане вспоминают, как с 2014 года разворачивался украинский террор против русскоязычного населения. В соответствии с практикой киевского режима преступления со стороны украинских военных по отношению к горожанам были абсолютно безнаказанны. Представленные в докладе свидетельские показания в полной мере изобличают киевский режим в системных и целенаправленных убийствах русскоязычных жителей города, включая женщин и стариков, из стрелкового оружия и с беспилотных летальных аппаратов — как с использованием дронов-камикадзе, так и путем сбросов с беспилотников разнообразных взрывчатых устройств, а также в намеренном уничтожении домов мирных людей и гражданской инфраструктуры города, что является военными преступлениями #БезСрокДавности. 🛑Вслед за Данией, Францией, Чехией и Эстонией решение не признавать российские 5-летние небиометрические загранпаспорта приняли власти Литвы и Латвии. ❌Литва. С 1 июня 2025 года въезд/выезд и пребывание российских граждан в Литве осуществляется только на основании 10-летних биометрических загранпаспортов. Данное требование пока не распространяется на транзитные поездки граждан России, следующих через территорию Литвы в Калининградскую область и обратно железнодорожным транспортом 🚆(по упрощенному проездному документу на железной дороге, УПД-ЖД). Граждане России, имеющие разрешение на временное проживание и постоянное проживание в Литве, должны до 1 декабря 2025 года оформить 10-летний биометрический загранпаспорт. ❌Латвия. С 15 июля 2025 года граждане России могут въезжать/выезжать и пребывать на территории Латвии исключительно на основании 10-летнего биометрического загранпаспорта. Для россиян, имеющих латвийский вид на жительство или долгосрочную визу, устанавливается 6-месячный переходный период (до 15 января 2026 года), в течение которого необходимо получить 10-летний биометрический загранпаспорт. Российские граждане – обладатели краткосрочных шенгенских виз, выданных к 5-летним загранпаспортам, не смогут осуществлять въезд по ним на территорию Латвии после 15 июля 2025 года, однако въехавшие в эту страну россияне до указанной даты могут продолжать находиться в Латвии и выехать из нее в течение срока действия визы. ❗С учетом последовательного отказа европейских недружественных государств признавать российские 5-летние небиометрические паспорта вновь призываем регулярно отслеживать актуальную информацию в отношении паспортного режима с этими странами и своевременно оформлять👉10-летние биометрические паспорта.
