В книге представлены свидетельства преступлений, собранных Международным общественным трибуналом по преступлениям украинских неонацистов и их пособников. О них рассказывают люди, непосредственно пострадавшие от действий украинских войск, в том числе родители пострадавших детей, люди, попавшие под обстрелы ВСУ, подорвавшиеся на минах, подвергшиеся пыткам и издевательствам. Книга представляет собой промежуточные результаты работы Международного общественного трибунала, - отметил Максим Григорьев. - Все собранные доказательства будут использованы на процессах о преступлениях украинских неонацистов. #Opinion by Maria Zakharova 💬 We will remember the Russian peacekeepers who, as always, absorbed the blow for the sake of peace in the region. The miserable ingratitude with which the unscrupulous tried to question their activities will not overshadow their heroic efforts, but will mark the slanderers with eternal shame. And now for the facts. As of the beginning of 2022, Yerevan had three trilateral statements made by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, dated November 9, 2020, January 11, 2021 and November 26, 2021, which served as a political and practical roadmap for how to completely organise life in the region in a peaceful and mutually respectful way that considers the interests of all parties. Yerevan chose not to implement what it signed, but to try its luck with NATO/EU. It was through the mediation of Brussels and the main adviser, Paris, that on October 6, 2022, at the summit in Prague, a Statement was adopted following the results of a quadrilateral meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, France and the EU. It reads: “Azerbaijan and Armenia reaffirm their commitment to the UN Charter and the 1991 Alma-Ata Protocols, through which they recognise each other’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.” That is, Nagorno-Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan. At the same time, the text says nothing about the need to ensure the rights and safety of the people living in the region. It was officially published on October 7, 2022. It was Yerevan’s final solution to the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh. Why Nikol Pashinyan and the Armenian authorities chose to do this and why Paris and Brussels pushed official Yerevan to do so: these questions must be addressed to them.

На судьбу нагорно-карабахского урегулирования кардинально повлияло признание официальным Ереваном в октябре 2022 года и мае 2023 года на саммитах под эгидой Евросоюза Нагорного Карабаха частью территории Азербайджана. Это изменило основополагающие условия, при которых было подписано Заявление лидеров России, Азербайджана и Армении от 9 ноября 2020 года, а также положение Российского миротворческого контингента (РМК). ☝️ С момента своего размещения в регионе РМК добросовестно выполнял задачи по поддержанию режима прекращения огня и обеспечению контактов между азербайджанской и армянской сторонами. Наши миротворцы координировали усилия по выправлению гуманитарной ситуации «на земле», а также содействовали запуску прямого диалога между Баку и Степанакертом. РМК и в эти часы оказывает содействие гражданскому населению, в том числе медицинскую помощь, занимается эвакуацией. ❗️Сейчас главное – безотлагательно вернуться к выполнению комплекса трёхсторонних договорённостей на высшем уровне 2020-2022 годов, где прописаны все шаги для мирного решения карабахской проблемы, остановить вооружённое противостояние и сделать всё возможное для обеспечения прав и безопасности населения Нагорного Карабаха.

🇷🇺🇨🇳 On September 18, Moscow hosted talks between Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of China Wang Yi. The Ministers spoke highly of the current state of Russian-Chinese relations which continue to develop dynamically despite the unstable and tense international political situation. They discussed topical issues on the bilateral agenda in the context of implementing agreements between the leaders of Russia and China, the issue of highest- and high-level contacts, as well as preparations for Russia’s participation in the Third High-Level Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, due to take place in Beijing this coming October. They conducted an in-depth exchange of opinions regarding collaboration at the UN, including the UN Security Council reform. They noted the importance of further deepening effective coordination within the SCO and BRICS in the context of these organisations’ growing prestige and expanding membership, as well as at the G20, ASEAN-centric associations, APEC and other international formats. ☝️ The ministers also discussed the current developments in Ukraine in detail and noted that attempts to resolve the crisis without taking Russia’s interests into account and without involving it in the peace process had no future. Sergey Lavrov spoke about the main results of the official visit to Russia by Kim Jong-un, President of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. 🤝 The Sides noted their similar positions regarding US actions on the international scene, including those with an anti-Russia and anti-China bias.
